To successfully steal something you need to actually own it and be able to use or sell it. You immediately failed. Such as any dead of mortgage or purchase agreement, while, effectively, stealing the house. He will offer you anything you say you need except for money. However, any weapon, tool, lawyer, or other means necessary to get the job done is fine. The police will not do anything about him under any circumstances, and if you try to harm if kill him he will have his elite team of snipers and African blowdart specialists to tranquilize you.
