I never really saw the issue of renting. Sure, in most cases, it's more economical to buy your home. But what options do people have if they aren't approved for a loan to "buy" their house? They rely on others to provide housing for them, at a cost. Or, they rely on government housing which comes with rules and stipulations. Or they are just homeless.

i know many, many people who enjoy the ability to rent.

they dont want to deal with ANY fucking problems and expenses that go into owning a home. They pay their rent. And thats it.

something breaks or whatever. Call the landlord or super and its fixed.

resin isnt exactly easy or hard to work with, but if youve never worked with it before it can become a nightmare.

Friend sounds like they're trying to keep up with the Jones's and impress people by looking more well off than they are. This friend clearly doesn't make enough money to save money, they should go for the cheapest rent possible in their area. The rent they're paying was their own choice, and their credit must be ok.

I moved to Pittsburgh and pay $ 1400 for my apartment which is considered pricey here. Can't even rent for this price where I'm from(NY). It's cheap to me, I have $36K in the bank and make $110K. I wouldn't rent for $3K a month ever.

I stayed home as long as I could have and saved, saved, saved. I put 80% of my take home into my bank and in a couple of years had close to 100k for a house. He didnt do that. He moved to NYC to be in that social life and never recovered.

I have a friend thats been paying 3k and more for rent for years. Now hes complaining he cant afford a home. Currently paying 4k a month in rent.

Id imagine reactions to vaccines would get progressively more severe the more your body has built antibodies to the specific virus.

so all that means is that the body is doing its job and reacting appropriately.

this literally has nothing to do with anything.

peer clout and peer acceptance is just as big of an issue as peer pressure was for my generation and the ones immediately after.

social media is a fucking huge problem for younger kids who need constant validation and acceptance.

with the amount of school shootings and violence in the world a parent shouldnt have to tell a teenager this is a bad fucking idea, it should be literal common sense.

a hive mind Id imagine doesnt interact through different dimensions and realities.

unless thats explained at some point in the MCU that the symbiote is able to travel to different multiverses.
