People kept telling me how great it was, but I was thinking it was just alright up to that point. Now I'm hooked. Though I never thought it sucked, I just didn't get the mass appeal based off the first couple of episodes. I thought Arcane was going to be another of those ridiculously popular shows that other people love that get overhyped and end up being just okay which makes them extremely overrated for me (*cough* One Piece), but no... by the third episode I totally got it. Now I'm really eager to rewatch the opening with a different mindset to see if there was anything I slept on if only I had the spare time... --- :> I'll never stop smilin' |

Since you're set on a first name how about for a middle name: Vincent? Not a reference from your favourite FF, but it still has that connection, is a normal name that won't earn your child any teasing, can be shortened to Vince/Vinny, is uncommon enough that there won't be a ton of others to confuse him with (well this argument works better for a first name, but still), and is nice in general. --- :> I'll never stop smilin' |

The issue is that he gets overused and it quickly becomes annoying in both films and the holiday special. Olaf is very much a character meant for kids despite making some quips that might go over most of their tiny heads, and I guess I'm a little too old to appreciate this kind of character now or his comedy doesn't strike the same chord with me. I'm not saying I'm mature, I'm saying I'm jaded. --- :> I'll never stop smilin' |
