I don't understand how the nearest Lowes is always like 1000 ft away from the nearest Home Depot

That drives up sales because people shop around

I guess the same can work with restaurants, but it's not just two locations beside each other, it's more like 5 per block

I just wish the entrepreneurs here stopped being passionate about a wasteful industry that pays peanuts. Build better or some shit. But dont ask me to do it either

Yeah that can happen. I got a bad one during a routine injection for my antipsychotic. Though when I looked it up just now, apparently you can get armpit lumps after COVID injections, around the lymph nodes.

My nurse told me if you massage the lump it should go away faster, if you're referring to the hard kind around the injection site.

Im always productive at work.

As for home, the key is to just start. Say you'll so a little bit then the rest later. Then the OCD kicks in and bam, washroom is clean 30 minutes later.

I usually find if I just jump in it's not so bad

To add onto that, keep something related to the task in view to keep it in your mind

-if you have a task that requires effort, do all the parts that require no effort or little right away so you are less distracted when it comes time to put in effort

-work with a friend. two people sitting in a room will get more done if they can manage not to spend all their time talking. so the two people kind of have to agree to study.

for me finding work wasn't hard... its the callback that pisses me off. Case in point, I was off for 2 months during the summer hoping to get temp work. I apply to a lot of places. They are only now starting to call me back... 1 week before classes start. And that's exactly the reason they are calling, because classes are starting and they are losing employees.

Well, I don't know how it works in the country you're in, but what about government jobs? In the US, government jobs are in 4 separate levels (city, county, state, federal) and cover a wide variety of fields. You usually won't see those jobs on an aggregate site. Might be worth looking into if you guys have anything similar.

Yeah I can probably have the requisite experience for an office based government job after 3 years of good office based customer service experience
