Yeah just to be safe try a new cable. If not, unplug everything, including the power supply from the console and let it sit for like 30 minutes and try it again. Otherwise, idk what else to try.

Yeah a large tank is fine. It's kind of one of those misconceptions that it's okay to keep a betta in a bowl or small tank, like a goldfish. Neither is a good situation for the fish, they will likely live a very short life. A larger, filtered, climate controlled tank is going to keep it healthy and you'll get a good long life out of your fish. Male bettas can't be with other male bettas, but you can have other community fish with a single betta and it's generally okay and they aren't aggressive. I'd suggest something like danios, or cherry barbs, hardy, and easy for beginners, small and quick schooling fish.

Been off soda for a few years, basically stick with water, seltzer water and sometimes fruit juice. It may be bitter at first, but if you can turn yourself onto flavored seltzer water, it can become a viable replacement for soda when you want something fizzy.

No, I have two nephews in grade school, and one that is a senior in high school, none of them learned cursive. Then again, it is Tennessee so who knows if they ever taught it here, the education system is trash in this state.

Agree with this, 4 hours was way too long, lot of unnecessary filler, the ending sequence was entirely awful. It's much improved over the initial JL release though, they could have kept it at 3 hours and gotten the job done without it being too long. 7/10 is a good take, maybe a tad lower but it was more cohesive overall.

Is Inquisition worth playing? I played and liked the first two, I remember trying Inquisition when it first came out, kind of remember it not looking or playing all that great, but I might have just been in one of those moods also.

Sure, growing up we had a $1 theater that showed movies that were inbetween theaters and hitting VHS/DVD. I'd go all the time on weekends, sometimes stay for 2 or 3 movies on a Saturday.

It's the art of using the body as a deadly force... I appreciate they take the 3 illegal moves but there is clearly something up with the sport... These guys are not winning in the octagon.

I get that entirely and I agree, but I guess that's why there are so many different styles, competitions, and rules. I was just making it more known that this wasn't some controversial, bad call. It's a pretty clean cut penalty within the rules of the event.

Only reason why I didn't watch hardly at all is because all I have now are streaming services, I don't really have live channels anymore. I think that's the case for everyone, and it's actually getting a bit harder to watch live events like this if you don't have cable anymore. I'll sign up for something to be able to watch the Winter Olympics though, not gonna miss out on the hockey.

It's a very common thing, two things to be noted, first is this style of fighting in the olympics is judged on contact, not impact. Any hits are supposed to be targeted for contact, impact strong enough, regardless if the other fighter leans right into it, that causes injury, or in this case, knocks someone out, it's an illegal hit. Think of it more like fencing, you aren't trying to murder the other guy, just get in a contact stab for a point.

2nd note is you get 4 illegal hits per match total, and this fighter had already received 3 penalties this match and knew this was his last remaining one. Going in for the straight kick to the head there was a risk and as a result, it cost him the bout.
