Oh I forgot to mention I spoke with my aunt and she was diagnosed before they had all the tests they have now so she pretty much had to do process of elimination with her diet. You can probably get the same answers with a simple blood test now. But she learned she has sensitivities to gluten and dairy and something else... she's okay if she has a little of one or the other but if she does something like have cake and ice cream she gets headaches and shit. Interesting. My derm said alcohol and spicy food can be triggers but not general diet staples. The medication is working well enough that I prob won't worry about it. Any diet changes rn are going to relate to trying to find out my abdominal issues rn. --- |
