Had a friend that committed suicide in highschool. Came to my house to try to talk to me about it and I sent him away because I wanted to be anti-social. Apparently he had a brain tumor and judt killed himself instead of waiting to die. I have never gotten over it and I blame myself for at least not being there in his final moments. So fuck you for saying people would jsut get over it in a week or two.

Yeah I spent the last few hours with my old TA named Robbie Babcock before he shot himself in the heart. His folks were getting a divorce. I too had guilt wondering if i had done enough. Do you think the weight of your guilt outweighs the pain of your friend?

Speaking as someone who has been 52-50, survived attempts and an overdose, I'm skeptical. The last few weeks I've been thinking, what's a way for a human to totally disappear? People only get sad once the news is out.

A person in endless pain decides to kill themselves to escape their suffering. All those 'left behind' people hurt for a brief period saying, "Why?" then get over it in a week or two. If that person had changed their mind they'd simply be continuing to suffer. It seems selfish when people say so and so shouldn't have killed themselves. I've built a pretty crazy life by radically challenging what I find acceptable and taking big risks. While these risks have paid off, I'm still the unhappy person I was before. Sobriety, learning coping techniques, two decades of time, nothing helps the scars heal over. Time just applies more hurt.

I am personally not making any plans right now specifically, but there is an overall longing for it to end.

like, why cant I just go in my sleep? Everytime I wake up in the morning i just feel like "fuck, i gotta do this all again". Sometimes I lay in my bed until the urge to urinate or eat becomes overwhelming. Nothing seems to interest me anymore. Life feels entirely dull - nothing I used to do gives me pleasure anymore. I haven't worked in a month and a half. Existence feels like momentary relief surrounded by utter and absolute soul crushing despair. Been sober for a year and a half - my quality of life has improved but my life quality has not. Been fighting to see my daughter in court for a long time. She just keeps getting older. It feels like I'm just being dragged behind a car everyday.

Jack of Blades kicked ass, the burning of Oakvale was a classic, The Heroes Guild had awesome potential, and I couldn't get enough of the Arena. I'm not saying I hope it's a 1:1 remake, because they already did that. I just hope we can revisit Albion as players but not deal with the messy world lore and baggage from the sagging sequels.

There's been zero news since the Fable 4 announcement trailer. I have to assume they're hard at work building this game for PS5/Xbox.

*They've added new laws so the state can replace anyone involved in the counting process at any time

*Added a new law allowing for the state to toss out votes and to certify for whoever they choose . That's the gist of it too. This is because the Secretary of State was so vocal about certification of votes last time. IIRC, this new addition in the bill removes that role from the SOS.

I've been playing and DMing games regularly both in person with my housemates and online with friends/strangers. Two different beasts but I've definitely gotten that same euphoric experience from both online and in person. I think if you're looking to get into D&D for your first time, or start back up, it is a fantastic time to do both. 5e is fun. It doesn't take long to get a character up and running. I got into the game last year, my only regret is waiting this long to start.

She's just struggling with getting old. It's hard to be in the entertainment business and have healthy values. She's probably still got her feelings of self worth and identity tied to her "fuckability" or sexual attractiveness. I'll take Helen Mirren anyday over Madonna. I envy you. I played on PS4 basic. The game would crash 3 or 4 times an hour for me. I did end up beating the game but it became sort of a hollow experience near the end.

Tons. I remember in high school there was one girl who still looked like she could be a sixth grader who ended up pregnant! I ended up going to a continuation school for problem kids, truants, pregnant kids, etc. One third of my classmates were either pregnant or young mothers.

Yeah, plus that guy is throwing the shield like a total pro. I don't like anyone on the show except the flag smashers. Even then, from what we've seen of them it looks like there will be a very shallow exploration of their cause. Flag Smasher in the comics is totally based leftist stuff.

Everyone's hating on the new Cap, but like, the first mission shows Falcon doing some behind enemy lines BS for the USA. I'm sure he's helping America import 'democracy' somewhere. *eyeroll*

Then in this second episode Falcon says he can't work with New Cap because they don't have to obey the same rules, yet are also seen flying in a cargo plane via the USA. So like, should I be rooting for them all to fail? Because I am. I'm positive we will see the Flag Smasher group get taken down by the Power Broker or see the group 'lose their way' ideologically when forced to compromise in some way to survive. Daniel Bruhl is the only reason I'm still watching this show as I loved his Zemo character motivations.

I won't consider one word responses like, "me". I'm looking for players who have some familiarity with D&D, are not murder hobos, and enjoy telling a collaborative story with strangers!

I'm putting together some one shots right now. I'm hoping to try these out and refine them by running them a few times, so who wants to be my guinea pig?

System: D&D 5E, Played on a Virtual Table Top called Astral Table Top. Will probably use Discord or something for Audio. Level range will be somewhere like 1-3.

Which way was it delivered? If its post office then the mail person should give you the package. If its fed ex you can get their app and always keep track of package delivery. An option is to send you text or email updates when a package is delivered. And its usually like right when its delivered the update comes through. I have gotten the updates when the truck was still outside. Ummmm if its Ups well maybe they have something similar but i am not sure

Currently DMing a campaign where my players run into the 2 last Dragons in this world that were the result of a cloning experiment. They have to choose one to help and forsake the other or try to help them both and risk losing both.





Being the last 2 they have to disguise themselves as elves to keep from being hunted down.
