I really really hate the "Just ignore it" mentality. As others have said, that does nothing. I SERIOUSLY doubt the people who made those posts were just trying to get a reaction out of her and therefore "won." What is much more likely is that they expressed exactly how they felt about her online. And due to the internet being anonymous, they didn't pull any punches. It wasn't to get a reaction out of her. It was to safely express their hatred without a fear of backlash. I doubt most of them even cared enough to follow up and see if she responded.

Yeah everyone is talking about the art community but honestly, the problem is probably just as bad among gamers. I don't think people realize how badly they really do ruin it for the rest of us. That sort really turned me off fighting games and the FGC for a long time.

i will now present a scenario 1 is how a cartoon would handle it the other is reality

in a cartoon a scientist finds a cure for cancer that is cheap easy and fast to produce the greedy boss destroys it and all research on it wanting pills not cures the scientist is then fired but convinced to tell the press what happened and gives proof the greedy ceo is ruined and the scientist says they can start over and refind the cure

in reality the scientist gets sued by the CEO for violating NDA and the CEO wins bringing ruin to the scientists life and also they sue the news networks that reported on it for libel and wins this to multiple politcians way in defending the CEO and lots of regular people do to and any one upset is called a communist who wants to ruin the poor CEOs life saying teh CEO who enheritted his company worked hard for his possetion
