I want to bring up an example: Many times people will lose their final favorite character in Save My Favorite Final Fantasy Character, and they don't know if they want to continue or not... and many people will try and sway them, or say they should join their character, often times working, and said person will join their side. That is 100% more rallying than what's going on with Stamp. --- |

If you mean a single person asking a bunch of people to vote for a character... then that absolutely didn't happen. If you mean people coming together to support something they believe in, then sure. But then you'd have to ban any character/user that gets more than 1 person supporting them. Any time a character gets more than 1 unique votes is counted as "Rallying". They are technically coming together to support something. "noun
This happens every contest, people coming together to support their GUY or GAL or sometimes... THING. --- |
