Ohhh no I don't mean that. We haven't left the country since pre-COVID either. I mean a few months ago there were a bunch of non-Korean factory workers somewhere up north that got COVID. Seoul mandated that all foreigners in the city limits would have to do a mandatory COVID test. My rural province copied that plan and made every non-Korean (unless they had citizenship or were under the age of 19) travel to an official testing center to be tested for COVID.
