I've made her lots of GF stuff over the years and we often go to PF Changs who do an amazing job with GF meals. There are GF beers but she prefers the Angry Orchard ciders and your local supermarket probably have tons of GF foods for sale. What her gut doesn't get along with are Oats which are supposedly GF but a handful of celiac sufferers have a reaction to it Her last major gluten attack was a few years ago.. her co-worker offered her a smoothie which she claimed was safe.. it shut her body down and she wasnt able to digest anything other than quinoa, okra and salmon for 6 months :( Tl;dr : I'd be okay, I know the ropes of a GF diet edit : watch out for GF products that have been processed on the same equipment and/or facility that processes wheat --- Not changing my sig until Nintendo announces the Switch XL 1/12/2017 |
