Obviously you can't prove a counterfactual, but my hunch is no, for a couple reasons

1. Trump being in office radicalized a lot of ordinary Democrats towards maximal anti-Trump positions. You saw this particularly around immigration, which was one of the issues Trump talked about most.
2. I think a Democratic President would've felt compelled to be seen as forcefully denouncing violence on all sides, like Obama in the aftermath of Ferguson, and that this would've led to some Democrats being more comfortable distancing themselves from BLM.

The typical blue voter lives in a state that goes Democrat by 15 points, the typical red voter lives in a state that goes Republican by 5. The structures are more important than the individuals.
