I don't know about From software games, but I played MGS2 on European Extreme , and didn't have major frustrations, up until the Fatman boss fight , which I replayed like 100 times and couldn't beat him. That's when abandoned that run. I still have the save file from 2002, waiting for me to complete it on that difficulty. MGS2 EE is far more punishing on average and expects real excellence. Sekiro you will never beat if you don't get really good at it, though. I specifically remember level grinding just for that skill and being annoyed about that. Very minor, but iirc (and I could be wrong), you can't use Luke's Mystic Arte until about 1/3 through the game on the PS2 version, even if you have the Special skill; the 3DS version fixes this. The 3DS version also has MUCH better load times, like, I don't know how anyone plays the PS2 version with its atrocious load times. The 3DS version only has 4 save slots and runs at 30 FPS instead of 60, and the PS2 version also has the world map glitch, which can be used to obtain some very powerful weapons very early on in the game. --- "I play with myself" - Darklit_Minuet, 2018
