My expectations are low because of it being Aspyr. They have ONLY done ports and remasters in their entire 20-something year existence.

They're not bad, and even if it's good, it's not going to be a significant upgrade or change.

It has it's moments. The concept was solid, the voice acting was great, the character designs awesome, and some stories were pretty good.

It had the same generic plot progression where not much really developed, but that was pretty much every show back then. But it actually did that formula fairly well, and didn't come off as a toy commercial as blatantly as the other cartoons of the time.

The only reason I buy physical is if I'm going to let someone borrow it, or I get it for dirt cheap. Afterwards I just trade it.

Physical is just clutter. I don't like displaying a collection, and digital is just more economical and easier to deal with. And the servers are up long enough for me to actually play.

WHAT THE FUCKING SHIT

It happened again. I called FedEx, and they said that the shipper had to change the address. So I called Gamestop, and they couldn't change my parents' address OR change it to mine instead. The only two things they could do was recall it and ship another one (which I'm sure as shit not going to do with a PS5), or could make it so I could pick it up the FedEx facility. But I still have to call FedEx tomorrow to confirm it.

I don't know why I have had this much trouble with online shopping. I pretty much have no choice to go to brick-and-mortar places from now on.

I wasn't really old enough to pay attention to such things at the time, but I wonder what the general public reaction was in 1989 when they first announced that Beetlejuice would be playing Batman

It was apparently extremely negative. I've been told it was similar to when Heath Ledger was cast as the Joker in that everyone seemed to immediately dismiss it. Keaton was known only for goofy comedies, and a lot of people thought the movie would be like the 60s series just from his casting.

Nah, they scrapped the episodes they had written and started over during the George Floyd protests, then delayed production when the pandemic cases got worse. It's the last one, and it's supposed to come out this year.

I like the visuals and character design. The accents are kinda weird though. They're like Bri'ish but not really so it's weird to my ears. Especially Erik.

I watched this when it happened. What made this so weird was the footage hadn't even made it out yet. Even when Jerry said stop laughing, I still thought they might be doing a bit.

Then TMZ released the footage the next day, and it was the first major story they broke. They were trying to do damage control before the clip came out.

After hinting that he is hesitant to join The Flash due to concerns about COVID-19, Michael Keaton has been confirmed to reprise his role as Batman opposite Ezra Miller's Barry Allen. Keaton's talent agency, ICM Partners, confirmed the news to The Wrap. The long-delayed solo movie began production today, with director Andy Muschietti announcing the kick-off on Instagram.

Keaton voiced some ease at the prospect of joining The Flash solo film in March, expressing concern over scheduling and COVID-19 transmission in the UK.

"I keep my eye more on the COVID situation in the UK than anything," Keaton said. "That will determine everything... That's my first thing about all projects. I look at it and go, is this thing going to kill me, literally? And you know, if it doesn't, then we talk."

Keaton's involvement in The Flash brings the movie's tally of Batmen to two, with Ben Affleck also set to reprise his role as Bruce Wayne in the movie. The film is expected to confront DC's multiverse, with the story planned as a new take on the Flashpoint storyline.Alongside Keaton and Affleck, the cast also includes Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, and Maribel Verd as Nora Allen, Barry's mother. Although Billy Crudup played Barry's father in Justice League, Ron Livingston will take over the role of Henry Allen for The Flash's solo film.

There are no games on the PS5 anyway

There's only a few, I've got a big backlog of PS4 games that look and play so much better. Plus my PS4 is struggling a bit.

I know how entitled I sound, it's just frustrating because I've never had this much trouble out of online shopping in such a short amount of time. My girlfriend's birthday AND Christmas presents were lost in the mail (one permanently and one delievered WAY later), and several other orders that were late. And it's not from the same retailer or delivery service either. It's ridiculous, and I don't know why it keeps happening.

I'm fucking pissed. And I specifically had it delivered to my parents' house just for this reason because there are sometimes issues with finding my apartment's address, and almost everything I've ordered online has been lost - either temporarily or permanently. I called FedEx, and it is still the correct address, but they're still going to call in the morning to confirm.

There's actually a lot more to it than that. I've heard one of the biggest problems with keeping stores like that open is licensing issues. But if Microsoft can do it, Sony can do it.

My guess is that PlayStation Network was kind of a clusterfuck from the very beginning, and curating it is a huge pain in the ass.

Yeah, I think rights issues with specific games is going to be a major hassle from here on out. Even if a game was and always has been exclusive to Sony years ago doesn't mean they can just continue to maintain or re-release it, no matter how niche it is. I think they chose to end it based on that and thinking it wasn't financially worth it, then seeing the backlash and how much money it brought in, and thought "damn, maybe it's worth a shot".

I didn't actually play through it until a few years ago. I got it at release, but I was too hooked on Dreamcast at the time, and it didn't really hook me.

Then after hearing so much about it, I tried it again recently, and it's one of the best in the series.

I binged the entire series last year. I don't think the series is near as bad as it's made out to be.

This episode, however, is one of the worst ever. It's this esoteric parody of The Man Who Fell to Earth, but just isn't funny or satirical. People threw a fit over the Lady Gaga episode, but at least it had great artistic choices and she was a natural in her role, but Elon is by far the worst actor of any celebrity guest.

Recently, we notified players that PlayStation Store for PS3 and PS Vita devices was planned to end this summer.

Upon further reflection, however, its clear that we made the wrong decision here. So today Im happy to say that we will be keeping the PlayStation Store operational for PS3 and PS Vita devices. PSP commerce functionality will retire on July 2, 2021 as planned.

When we initially came to the decision to end purchasing support for PS3 and PS Vita, it was born out of a number of factors, including commerce support challenges for older devices and the ability for us to focus more of our resources on newer devices where a majority of our gamers are playing on. We see now that many of you are incredibly passionate about being able to continue purchasing classic games on PS3 and PS Vita for the foreseeable future, so Im glad we were able to find a solution to continue operations.

Im glad that we can keep this piece of our history alive for gamers to enjoy, while we continue to create cutting-edge new game worlds for PS4, PS5, and the next generation of VR.
