I seen a video not too long ago that talked about this basic idea. I forget where it was but it had speed limit signs with really unconventional limits.

For example like 17.5 MPH

Which works a whole lot better to slow people down. Because most people don't follow signs, they see the same signs all over and it doesn't work to control someone's speed.

However, when they see 17.5MPH they think ? What the actual fuck, "No way I'm doing that" and then end up going the speed the city designers want them to.

The well they make good games narrative is complete and utter bullshit.

Do they make good game? Of course. Occasionally.

Is that an excuse to be the laziest, most anti consumer company on the market? No.

Compared to the other two, Nintendo games and services are embarrassing. Their online system is an absolute joke. Their store and library is abysmal. Theyve already figured that shit out on the Wii.

Nintendo might be one of the worst managed companies in all of entertainment if you think of it.

What other company in 2021 is allergic to letting people buy their shit. What other company refuses to embrace the internet and meet people where they shop. Offer all their games in a huge library? Fuckin game over.

Microsoft has the best deal in gaming with Gamepass. Yet they dont have a fraction of the library Nintendo has. I could only imagine what competent management could do to bring Nintendo into the modern era.

Their inability to reduce console/game prices fuckin DECADES after release is unacceptable.

No other company would get away with any of this shit.

For example. The backlash Sony got when they planned to shut down the Vita and PS3 stores, gamers rose up (Im being ironic) and voiced legit concerns. Sony went back on that decision.

Meanwhile Nintendo closes the Wii store, was there backlash? Who knows. Probably minuscule by comparison, not like it ever matters cus when has Nintendo shown they give a flying fuck.

Being a person of strong moral fibre means you have a moral code that is your own. There is something abhorrently spineless about not being able to disagree or have an opinion to yourself unless its in defence of someone of the opposite sex.

Real friends would know bullshit doesnt get in the way of friends. Being unable to have a healthy separation of fundamental ideals aint friendship. It should tell you something if your friendship comes off instead like a person trying to keep a wild bird around with seed, so desperately afraid it may just fly off.

I just dont know what is with those people who stop short as like the 4th+ car, then roll forward as they wait for the light and stop again. Sometimes I think its some sort of power move or game to get the person behind them to also move like they do. I dont play into it and will just sit where I originally stopped until the light is green and people are moving.

Double jump. You can jump twice as high. Very self explanatory

No fall damage. To a degree. Youre not sure what the cutoff is. You can definitely jump off the roof of your house no problem but a fall out of a plane would definitely kill you.

IRL name tags. Every person around you has their name floating above their head like an NPC. You cant turn this off.

You can find useful items in pots, bins, boxes and crates that you encounter. Breaking them open might affect your reputation with some of the surrounding NPCs tho

Random battles. This isnt really a power. But if you want to get into a lot of fights you can. the power I guess would be the battle music that plays. No one is sure where it comes from.

One mega-elixir. Completely heal you to full. Use wisely. (Not a cure for old age but may grant you a few extra years, depending on your health)
