I agree with you that the court should fairly hear the case. I'm not saying this should not go to trial or that one of them is not legally right. What I'm saying is I'm disgusted by the working class who fetishize the ultra wealthy. You're probably the only one who actually cares about the legal ramifications. I feel like they tried to overcorrect with Captain Marvel. Certainly not the worst MCU movie imo but it was pretty forgettable and a lot of elements felt like pandering.

I liked that one a lot. I was going in with low expectations due to people bashing it. Turned out they were just angry incels.

For what it's worth anecdotally, my wife adored Captain Marvel and liked Black Widow a lot more than I did (and has called Wonder Woman the best super hero movie ever). I think there's truth to the idea that (all else being equal) women enjoy watching films with female protagonists more and men enjoy films with male protagonists more, especially when one of those two demographics has been starved.

Which one? The first one was great but the second one was pretty bad.

Ehh, modern humans (ie, homo sapiens) have existed since before the last glacial period reached its maximum, and even before that hominid species in general that technically count as "human" (Neanderthal, Cro Magnon, etc) were around. Anyways. On topic. The 13 is more cringy. Ignoring that a 31 year old has had time to, hopefully, practice their writing skill the fact is a 13 YO has a very... bad... idea of what constitutes 'good' writing. It's the kind of thing that results in edgelords who think darkness and evil are cool and that being 'misunderstood' is a rare thing that's never been done before and that their OC, who is pretty much just a petulant child lashing out in all directions and being evul because evuls is kewl but is really a good character at the end of the day and NOT something that's been seen six-billion times. The 31 YO stuff tends to just be some adult who wanted a cheesy schlock fest and, well, it might be cringy but not only is it usually at least slightly better written but it was never going to not be cringy. Looking at someone's personal pleasure piece and finding it to be little more than a personal pleasure piece is not shocking.

I WILL say, though, that there is a certain kind of 31 YO fan fic writer that's infinitely more cringy though and it's usually the one that basically turns whatever the source was into their own personal SJW fest and, if you dare to disagree, you're basically every thing bad under the sun and so-forth. However I feel that group is so exceedingly... distinct... that they should be mentioned separately from the normal writers in either age group.

A 13 year old doesn't know what they are doing. A 31 year old fanfiction writer clearly doesn't know what they are doing since they are writing fanfiction.

Eh, dishwasher would be at the bottom of my list anyways, my main issue was a stove that had one working burner, one "sort of" working burner, and two completely dead ones. The rest of the appliances were just about to go anyways so I replaced them all at once since you get package deals.

The card does not say that it says everything is sacrificed and counts the total attack and defense then gets put in a token on the opponent's side.
