Did any of you actually read what Howard said? Designing a game for fewer platforms drastically improves consistent performance, reduces bugs, reduces development time, etc. It sounds like Microsoft is more willing to promote crossplay and that was a big factor for Bethesda.

I generally agree. But there's a big difference between Amazon saving billions on tax breaks on stock options and tax credits and someone fighting over $400 for owning a car. Some people get kinda crazy with it, but I don't there will be a 5 year period in the future where Amazon pays 10% in taxes unless there's a big change to the tax code.

Cars generally don't appreciate in value and there's a big difference between someone on SNAP and a business, mansion, or yacht owner.
These kinds of limitations are dumb because they encourage poor spending habits. "Oh, holding assets and saving money to learn a skill, move out, or get a new job is losing me food money? I'll just sell my car, spend the money on something dumb (booze, drugs, a big TV, guns, etc.), and get back on SNAP next month." SNAP is meant to be supplemental income to help keep you from literally starving, income should almost always be the sole qualifying factor.

Anything by Delgado, which was linked ITT, is usually CRT 101. His books are pretty cheap, too. I'm sure you can even find them for free...
White Fragility isn't too bad a read, at least for one perspective, but isn't a good basis for CRT.

You can't really discuss CRT without taking into perspective the difference in how races are treated, so how much is "grifting" is going to be your own view. The central tennant is that racism is codified in laws and culture, so you're always going to be examining a difference in power in CRT studies.

Stray Cat is the inbetween. Stray Cat and Templat make Gau a nice randomly atrong character without breaking anything. Stray Cat is average 2.5 times damage compared to spamming Fqng/Dispatch which is 120 BP and ignores def.

Locke gets the uberpowerful Valiant Knife, which breaks the game with the masters scroll and the Genji Glove easier than anyone else cause the only work you have to do is get Locke in WOR. Locke is a weird case in that he is low tier in the WOB, but then jumps up to top tier in WOR.

That's a huge portion of the game, though. Before that he's a Steal-bot in mobile version. He drags down almost every team for a long time.

Marle is the worst. In a normal playthrough, everyone else is better. In a speedrun, I think she's only used to Haste Magus for Doom Scythe on Rust Tyrano. End game, she's still worse than everyone else.

Magus is great in a normal playthrough. He has high attack and great magic. He's basically the second best generalist for a newbie's first time through.

Frog has great heals (Slurp Kiss and Heal Wave), some good dual techs (anything with Crono), and makes one of the hardest bosses much easier. He's pretty good, buf falls off lategame except in healing.

Robo has amazing heals with Heal Beam and dual techs, great damage, and a nice array of techs. He's great.

Ayla has Falcon Hit, the most useful dual tech in the game. She has great damage on her own, the only way to steal, heals (Slurp Kiss), and good end game weapons. Possibly best character.

Lucca has nice AOE damage early and great AOE damage mid-late. She has great equipment, but falls off in damage as other teammates become OP. Fire Whirl alone puts her above Marle.

Ayla is also obviously best girl.

I wrecked myself working hard for bosses who never cared. Don't do that. Work what you're paid, do your job, and don't fret about other people. Try not to let yourself get angry. You can't control your boss. Act like you're stupid and say, "What should I have done?" in a neutral or positive tone. Act like you're a newbie and just do what's expected, not more. If they want you to walk back and forth all night doing nothing, you still get paid. It's ok, try not to stress about it. Try to leave the work at work, you don't get paid to take it home.

No, these people either did, or should already have known wtf their pay was generally going to be years beforehand. That's not the issue. Most likely arent quitting because of the pay, and more so due to its toxic envirement at times.

Either from the students,the faculty, or both. Teaching is more of a passion then anything and if you lose or maybe just never had said thing in the first place then quitting is usually recommended.

It's a supply a demand issue and we don't have enough teachers to replace the ones who are leaving. Pay is one way to find more people willing to teach.

Teachers with a Masters degree have their knowledge of education ignored at every turn. Police are believed to be experts and trustworthy by default.
Teachers are put at risk by the government, police decide to be put at risk but then shoot dogs and children for looking at them.

Unemployment rate isn't too high right now, is it? Not full employment, but not 20%.

I have far more of an issue with places like Fl and Georgia essentially destroying UI by making it inaccessible. The Florida Unemployment website has been broken for years and it's clearly understaffed. Offices in GA have been closed since covid started. I'm sure other states have similar issues.

There were some racist and transphobic posts that didn't go modded for 4 days. Allen finally brought down the hammer. Tails is going on a transphobic rant on that other site (and probably much worse on discord).
Multiple people have been calling the mods racist, racist defenders, pedo defenders, and other shit. Basically just blaming the mods for any bad post that isn't an instant ban. Rebel and shock got caught in the crossfire (or were causing it).

I want to say, "everyone just needs to chill," but there are users who should've been banned 12+ years ago still posting disgusting hateful stuff. Maybe Red Ventures is trying to bring GameFAQs back into business and applying some heat.
And maybe there's some crazy energy coming from a post-vaccine society. This isn't the only place I've seen people acting stupid all of a sudden. Give it a month...

40 hours x $7.25/hr = $290 per week. Sounds decent... until taxes kick in. Expect to lose about 30% of that to taxes, social security, etc. You're looking at maybe $200/week after all of that.

Is this your first week on the job? Assuming your boss didn't outright revoke your offer or write you up constantly for not having the uniform, your uniform cost is gonna come out of that first check. You wouldn't believe how much some of these places charge for a hideous polo with the establishment name on it.

This is the only example where your employer can't charge for your uniform because doing so would put you below minimum wage.
Also, at minimum wage, you shouldn't be paying income taxes, just social security, etc.
