Or at the least stagnated. idk, I also fear that maybe the nurse talked to her about me while checking up on her and doing the rounds and maybe something went crazy for her, idk. The girl who wrote the Brain on Fire book had a full recovery and she went through it 11/12 years ago. Theres a movie adaption on Netflix that goes through what she went though. Havent been able to talk to or see her since then. But today, I should be able to Zoom her in the hospital and even though she likely wont be able to respond (or even be awake), the fact I get to talk to and see her again just makes me so damn happy. I think Kurt would have tossed aside the brand of Nirvana, and probably made a new band or project. Dave still would have gone on to do his own stuff probably. From what I remember reading, it seemed like Nirvana was possibly set to break up around the time of his death anyway. Dave was writing songs but Kurt had complete control of the vision of the band (which I think is a good thing). But I think Dave would have split eventually. Maybe Nirvana would have persisted after that, maybe not. But Kurt Cobain I think surely would have kept evolving as you say I think Nirvana stays as Kurt and Krist (unless he got kicked out/tired or whatever) and Dave definitely branches out and either leaves entirely or just does Foo Fighters as kind of a side thing.
