Sadly not. My sisters just likes messages and I'm not really of a phone person anyway. I've never actually heard them on the phone.

No...he doesn't agree with anti-depressants. Conspiracy guy, 65, sits around watching youtube all day. Does some work, but doesn't do much around the house. Let a matte grow over his old blind dog's eye. I want a different living situation and intended on finding one at the end of the semester.

I often find friends, family or something along that lines is best to talk to when it comes to mental health. Professionals who have their head in a book seem to lack any help for me.

I'm extremely depressed and have hardly been able to think or focus on my school work all week (reading break). I moved across the province for school and feel like I'm surrounded by negative, unhelpful people. I don't want to fuck up my school, and that's definitely adding to my mental state.

I see it as wanting a quick fix thus being desperate enough to well... get a quick fix if possible. If you're attractive enough you'll have no issue without a dating app. If you're not then every option you have is probably best thus desperate.

Edit: I'm well aware some folk can be attractive in real life and have no issue but also want to cast their net further. This doesn't make me think they are not desperate.

I actually admire talent. I'm also at times envious. Just because I don't have something and probably never will doesn't mean I want others to go without. Hell without good talent I wouldn't even have the things I enjoy for the most part.

I just wish I could afford a lego set.

I bought a little one for my nephew once to add to his collection. He had(maybe still has) a big custom city built out of lego that my sister and her partner add to. It got very big and has loads of sets mixed together. Looks neat but according to my sisters BF it took ages to build. I believe him.

Sums it up. They want a relationship, sex or both. Although "dating" would actually suggest a relationship at least. It's difficult for some folk to meet people in real life, even more so now so these type of apps help in desperate times. Even if it isn't difficult for some folk in real life it's still much more convenient for them to use apps and it's still being desperate. Being desperate isn't a bad thing though and neither is using these apps. I'd say the same about an type of meet-up apps. I'm well aware some folk have got great relationships from them. Others who use sex apps have also got what they want too. Different strokes, different folks.

I personally never cared for it. And apparently, many people feel the same. They even have a special reddit group called Age Gap Relationships. For relationships where the couple has a somewhat significant age gap. Personally, age should really only matter for legality. After that, I don't think it rally matters much. You like/love who you like/love. And if you wanna bang someone who also wants to bang you, who cares about age as long as it's legal. Just have fun and live life. Don't let anyone say you can't sleep with that 20 year old just because you're 50. If they also wants to have sex, then go for it...

This is actually a good way to think about these things and I agree. Hypnotically I'm not going to turn down someone who is attractive and of legal age just because others have issues with a age gap. If I lived my life to please others I'd never be truly happy so I gave up on doing that a long time ago.
