Holding that position long enough to wipe would be exhausting. Im assuming you took that to mean trying to stand up would be too exhausting.

The motion of standing up causes your butt cheeks to move towards each other. After about 2/3 to 3/4 standing(which would be exhausting ) your butt cheeks start to smoosh together.

That sounds rather counter productive. If you want to increase competition youd want government ownership of the infrastructure and have the access to the network be handled by private companies. Local government owns the cables. Bandwidth is sold to companies who then resell it to consumers. Companies compete over price, claimed speeds and actual speeds from their capacity. Rules in place that determine when expansion is to occur based on how much of the total capacity is being used. You cant have multiple companies installing all the infrastructure needed to provide internet access, so no real competition is possible if the laws basically requires that.

They didnt have much reserves for natural gas and were used to being able to produce whatever was needed. They ended well below the needed output from natural gas power due to a combination of some plants being shut down for renovations, their production capacity tanking due to their wells and stuff not being designed for cold and some plants being unusable to due not being designed for cold.
Their issue wasnt the balance of energy generation, it was that in all categories they chose not to spend on cold weather protection. Windmills froze, various types of thermal plants froze, natural gas production froze. Their capacity tanked, the demand went up and shit shut down.
