The fact that he literally argues against racist, sexist, and homophobic speech CONSTANTLY speaks volumes.

Ive literally never seen any of this. All Ive seen is him dismissing black peoples concerns. Ive never seen him once stick up for black people in situations were there was injustice against black people in America or elsewhere, or show any support.

When it comes to being homophobic/sexist weve all seen him constantly logging onto his alt account to harass ironborncorps for being trans, although admittedly he has massively toned down on that from what I can see.

Misguided maybe, but if this dude systematically dismisses each and every single lived experience that somebody has had, by telling them theyre paranoid, up themselves, or just plain wrong then youre just denying that there is even a semblance of a problem, which is a classic tactic to maintain deniability and avoid accusation of racism. Its total bs from him man.

Youre blaming the victim. Guy is on his way home and knows full well he has done literally nothing wrong. Hes walking in the middle of the road because its probably less icy cause the road has been salted over whereas the footpath isnt, how many times have we dont that over here? I know for a fact Ive done it plenty of times and still do when Im not driving.

theres nothing obstinate about not wanting to talk to the police when youre literally just on your way home from work at night.

Not to mention how many times have you seen black people in America stop to talk to police and end up dead or in jail. Literally this is a case of the latter.

No matter how many ways you slice it or try to skate around the issue, this is an innocent black man who did nothing wrong and was within his rights not to stop and talk to them. He just wanted to go home, knowing full well engaging with the police could likely get him killed.

You can have dual-citizenship.

I know that but what if I dont want my kid being an American citizen (I know the obvious one is dont fly to the US 2 days before your baby due).

But there are some countries that dont allow dual citizenship. But my real question is if I didnt want American citizenship for the kid for whatever reason (I wanted it British with no other citizenship, or I came from another country that doesnt allow dual citizenship etc) does American law override all of that?

As far as the time span it means when the idea was first proposed and then completed. As for why the most recent amendment took over 200 years to be completed, I don't know exactly why that was.
