| Verdekal 03/11/21 4:00:52 AM #1 | Whether they be individuals or a group of people. If there's a group of people, they can usually be somewhat animated and laugh as they discuss things. I usually know what they're talking about but it usually won't mean anything to me. Things like local sports games or news stories. I never laugh when other people laugh, I don't understand what's funny about what they're talking about. It just is. Whenever I'm surrounded by people, even if I know them, I feel no connection to the things they talk about even though I understand them. I'll give them advice and my perspective but never affection and little empathy although I usually have a good idea of how they feel. I get the sense people are aware of this because I have a reputation for being stoic and a bit cold but that's just normal and healthy to me. It's everyone else who all keep acting out over the top. I am told people think I'm a good person since I'm not spiteful in the least towards people who are good but I have a strong sense of justice and hate those who prey or take advantage on others. --- Don't tease the octopus, kids! |
