I dont think ive ever experienced higher than 30-35 Celsius in my lifetime (109 F is 42+ C),, and even THAT is rare.

So far this summer its been hovering around 20, with one deviant thursday (last week) hitting 27.

I admit, at those temps i need my door open and fan on at all times.

Cant you just get a fan? Its not gonna be enough to make it comfortable, but it will help.

I havent done Destroy before (i have done several playthroughs but i either always pick someone different, or stop playing by the time i get there) as i dont like the whole destruction of geth and EDI

But well with confirmation of a direct sequel, why not select the ending ive never selected before? So im chosing destroy for my first LE Run.

Mario 64 i think counts. The final battle against Bowser is the hardest even though its not overly difficult.

Finally beat that game for the first time on switch earlier this year...

The only part i had trouble with was actually HITTING the bombs.

Lots of trouble with that though.

I was sitting outside today with my guinea pigs in 21 Celsius and from what i can see 90 Fahrenheit is 32 Celsius.

So no exaggeration. The rare times we do hit 30+C here, thats usually when you dont go outside in the early afternoon hours (12-16) as that might get a bit dangerous.

Had a bad sprain on my ancle some years back. Misstep on uneven Sidewalk, foot cracks left, i fall (Phone flies into the air and takes a faceplant on the asphalt. Samsung S7 at the time, so no visible damage)

Had to get it checked out at the doctor since i couldnt put weight on that foot for the next 2 days, got sent into the local Hospital for an X-ray...

TLDR? Technically a small fragment did break, but i was told to just treat it like a Bad Sprain.

Ive had a few of those now (Worst one being 3 years ago, partially because one foot got sprained ancle, the other had a massive bruise... so i had serious trouble walking lol), so it wasnt anything fancy.

AFAIK The US already have "Life without parole" as a sentencing (Something im not sure we have here, IE Parole is always a possible option though that doesnt mean everyone gets it)

Life Without parole is still a bit too brutal imo but its cheaper, and far more humane than Executions.

Theres only one real scenario i can imagine Executions being good for... but im not aware of any real life people who constantly break out of prison and then go on killing sprees ala the joker.

Maybe it's because console games aren't on that 60 things so I can't see it while playing, which is the actual metric for me since the difference between watching a video and actually playing a game is like night and day.

eg I'm playing god of war right now, is that game 60 fps? How do I check for it whilst playing?

afaik you cant, not without fancy tools.. however you can usually googlw it.

From what i could find, yes for 60 but only on ps5.

Not a massive amount.

There is an extra button (Record, Screenshot etc)

D-Pad is more comfortable for sure, albeit a bit louder (not anything ive noticed myself but i remember others mentioning it, and i can hear it side by side)

Bumpers and Triggers... just feel a level better, more comfortable, feels less cheap imo. Same for the gripping part, it just feels less slidy

So yeah overall, just better, but nothing crazy. Not anything like Ps2-ps3, ps3-ps4. Dunno how big the ps4-ps5 change is in comfort as i have yet to use a ps5 controller.

Id say the difference from xbox 360->xbox one was bigger than One to Series, but that may just be me.

I genuinely don't understand how some folks can't tell the difference. Like to me the difference is clear as day. That said 30 fps isn't a deal breaker as long as it's stable, frame drops at 30 fps are much more noticeable to me and can negatively affect the experience.

It does depend on the game... and whether youve gotten "used to" 30 or 60 and then swapping (doing that can be one hell of a whiplash esque experience)

Atleast it seems to depend on title for me and maybe even device

I have no issue with 30fps on switch but its extremely noticeable in uncharted 4 and watch dogs legion

certain games have physics tied to framerate, so when you increase the framerate it can have side effects on game mechanics.

Higher FPS works better with faster movement. If the gameplay isnt moving too fast (Turnbased RPG as an example) its not as noticeable. I can see the difference between 60 and 120 in shooters (Mouse as Camera movement) but its a bit harder in a game where id prefer using a controller.

You can alter the fps of all objects as you please. Even 90 and 120 although this will require a display that supports it.

Apparently the reason they avoided that was because focus groups were dumb and thought PS3 > Xbox 2. (They also skipped Windows 9 because they were afraid everyone would just wait for 10 lmao)

I do agree that the naming scheme could be a bit better, i dont mind the X and S naming scheme (S for the smaller, cheaper, albeit weaker system and X for the bigger beefier one) but Series?

Sounds like aspergers. Becoming obsessed with one thing and learning damn near everything about it. My old boss had a grandson who was like this, went crazy for dinosaurs for two years, then randomly switched to bugs once he had exhausted knowledge about Dinos.

As someone who has Aspergers, this does sound eerily familiar.

Not that i remember much from that age, but i have the occasional "meltdowns" (not fun) and the Power Tool explanation here is also similar to my love for the Solar System in 2nd grade (Which is when i got the diagnosis)
