Im holding my position until 2022 for the tax relief so its too late for me to sell anyway. I dont have any money liquid remaining to put elsewhere since I have the rest in RIOT puts which is a weekly money machine.

Just sold a $33.50 put on RIOT for $3,600 premium (around 2.7% gain). This seriously seems too easy and it worries me that Im going to get bit.

My $33 RIOT put looking strong, as well. Im going to do it again next week, maybe set the stroke to $31 depending on where its at.

I did the math and my average BTC price is $35,550 at $171,700 invested. Question is, do I swing trade or just hold. Kicking myself that I had ETH at $1,850 and sold at $2,000 but whatever.

like, last year, i flat out stated that you shouldn't have counted moonroof's vote in the final match. he's a troll who had literally never voted in a VGMC match before and appeared out of nowhere to vote for endeavour in a very close match (though without his vote, it still would have won). i can see the argument for counting his vote too, though, so it's not that big a deal

Dude, what? Unless people are not allowed to vote only in the finals, you need to get over this. I listened to the songs entirely, per the rules, and casted my vote.

Well I have extra incentive to hold past January because I sold for a loss to negate my tax gains since there arent wash sales.

I have $150k in BTC at $35,700 average since mid-Junish. I am holding as long as possible.

I know a lot of us do not believe in crypto, but heres a winning formula for those who do:

• Pick 1-2 big name cryptocurrencies and invest 50% of your funds in them
• Remaining 50% goes into blockchain stocks for you to sell options on

Of course, if you dont believe in crypto that you shouldnt do this.

What? The stock went down over 7% in one day. It doesnt matter how reliable of a stock it is, thats a ton of lost money in one day, and it will take awhile to climb back from given the reason why it went down. Your post was useless.

Looks like I misspoke. I am up $12k in options, and this doesnt include the $6200 from Friday that hasnt registered on my cost basis yet.

But if I were to then sell RIOT shares Id make up that amount?

So $5.20 * 38 contracts is nearly $20,000. Thats way more than the $6200 in premium I got. Not worth.

Must be vanguard being glitchy. Looks like it wasnt my fault for not knowing then. Gravy, Id like an apology.
