You're paying their goddamn salary whether you like it or not (you shouldn't have to have that cost hidden from you to placate your own worthless ego). Just pay the server directly with cash and cut out the company and the government. That's how you fuck the system and stand by people in this current system until it collapses (which, thankfully, with unemployment doing what its doing, soon, no one will be serving anyone...guess everyone found that "better job" everyone likes to point to).

You realize the reason they do that now is because people don't tip, right? The companies are legally on the hook for compensating for the difference (90% of the companies out there don't do this, so stop pointing to this absolutely pathetic law that isn't enforced at all). So when they realized the staggering number of people not helping to pay for their employees, they got mega in your face about tipping.

I doubt the system is going to break anytime soon. The U.S. was handily transformed into a production nation to a service (see: slave) nation.

But hey, maybe we can all finally topple the powers that be, yeah? That would be neat.

English is considered one of the hardest languages to learn and rightfully so. It's a freaking Frankenstein's Monster of other languages...both living and dead. The original Night of the Living Dead takes the time to point this out itself. Romero was already aware. The characters even have a discussion about their real power which is just simply numbers since they don't know how many and are alone anyway. Easily overpowered. They even wanted the car specifically because they knew they could be outrun. *eye roll*

The threat is even mostly over by dawn thanks to all the gun toting red necks.

So the complaint is kinda missing the point altogether on display in the movie.

I could totally see an episode where Kramer accidentally joins both groups. George and Jerry would be exploring the meaninglessness of Internet culture and it's world colliding impact with their day-to-day reality. And Elaine would have another drug test scare, but with a twist that gets all 4 mixed up in a riot. This would end the series again exactly where we left them before. In a jail cell. (For better or worse is left to the viewer to decide as we fade out on their inane commentary of the pros and cons of jail vs. outside)

So far, I'm not surprised at the results. Everyone likes having the option. But I also find it alarming and worrying at how many people will flirt with having the option of working for free. Also I find it unrealistic to believe it will remain purely an option before it hits mandatory status.

Random wager/stab in the dark:

If the chips are introduced. At first it will be optional and can be used in either hand. Eventually, phony chips will flood the market and aid in black market endeavors. The government cracks down and implements chips in the right hand with government markers. Any left hand chips are considered illegal and not government issue and an identifier of a law breaker. (Potential for certain left hand chips to be allowed for non-business purposes, probably either at high cost or with a license)

Forehead is the alternative for people without right hands or those who chopped it off being a smart ass. May also serve as a backdoor people consider for phony chips to spy or pass for normal under the new world order. But of course with deadly consequences.

Edit: all in order to protect the "economy."
