I have anger problems too..

Mine stem from my need to control every aspect of my life and inability to handle anything that attempts to work against my plans both big and small. Which is a ton of things. Being aware of it helps, but it's something I have to practice every day.

I also have to make sure it doesn't just make me completely not care about anything, because I found the easiest thing to do is just minimize things I care about. Which just leads to me doing absolutely nothing with my life.

Happy mediums are hard. I AM A MAN OF EXTREMES.

Interesting! Ive never heard of these. I started doing 100 push ups a day months ago and Im now at 200 a day feeling much stronger.

Im gonna incorporate some of these 10 second ones to test em out.

10 seconds is really hard and you find yourself wanting to speed them up. The second set I had a couple that felt really nice and well controlled. Then it all just falls to shit and I just try to do it as long as I can.

DDP does them in DDP Yoga all the time and I found I like the way they feel soo much more.

My chest is on FIRE.

Like I've done 30 push ups that started with 10 seconds and are now hovering around 3 seconds and I'm not sure how many more I can do.

I can do a solid 35 to 40 quick push-ups in a row, but jeez.. 10 of these and I'm quivering like a newborn deer standing for the first time.

10 seconds on the way down, 10 seconds at the bottom, and 10 seconds on the way up.

And the last 5 were probably more like 5 seconds.... >.>;

If I was stupid rich I would create a studio that exclusively makes turn based RPGs.

If I was stupid stupid rich I would hire world-class authors to make the stories and characters.

A variety of art styles.. Though I would wanna really try to nail down a really visually pleasing 16-bit inspired style that uses super detailed artwork in place of sprites. Like imagine Chrono Trigger, but it almost looks entirely like you're watching a high production value Dragon Ball episode from the top down perspective. A sliding camera that transitions cleanly into cut scenes.

I dunno.. Just things I've fantasized about.

Read my statement again. You do know that area used to not be a desert. In fact, there's apparently a whole aquifer under Africa that might split the Continent in two this century which would rectify that problem. Plus, a lot of Europe is going under this century unless we build a sea wall soon. The answer is working in harmony with nature instead of against it.

And if the Sahara disappears, apparently the Amazon suffers greatly because it thrives heavily on the sands blown over the Atlantic.

I am not at all a tech aficionado, but I like my Walmart LG UHD 55".

It was like.. 400 something... Can't remember exactly because I bought the warranty.
