that's because people dont want to run a household or have a marriage. women are fucking terrible, just like men. even among my friendships the amount of couples i know where one has not cheated on the other I can count on one hand.

just buy an open world survival game on steam. they're all the same. valheim is the new big one, right? and NMS?

There is a lot of survival games nowadays by indie devs because they take about 1 month to develop and require very little game design.

Poor sleep habits that last years are usually a symptom of other underlying issues that need to be treated. Whether that's sleep apnea, vertigo, bipolar, or even adhd it is highly variable.

Listing out a bunch of changes for sleep hygiene in a condescending way is unhelpful, unless you yourself derive some level of self worth from being a "morning person" then I don't see the point.

Even in the context of a person who just needs to change habits, changing daily/nightly routines is not always easy and can sometimees require cognitive behavioral therapy

As a nurse practitioner, this thread makes me cringe. It is shocking how often how the ignorant spread misinformation. Even in the context of proper sleep hygiene, there are many many people who suffer from insomnia. Not to mention persons who suffer from poor sleep hygiene due so because of complicated, poor coping mechanisms for a variety of mood disorders like bipolar or depression.

i've always found dislike towards certain characters on shows to be really strange. all the character are written by the same writers. Unless the performance is particularly bad, I really dont dislike a single character very often
