I love timing his D-air just right where you connect with so many little kicks and tack like 40% damage on your opponent easy.

I'm going with Dr. House.

Ramsay has to put on a show for TV.
Same goes for Judge Judy.

In terms of the fictional universe, Dr. House is a dick because of his pain, but that's still no excuse for treating people like shit and he has said some seriously vile heinous stuff to people.

It would not be proper for me to engage in a hermeneutical examination of the New Testament because I do not believe in the purported infallibility of the scripture therein. I would also be careful conflating Christianity with religion at large, as that insinuates a superiority over other belief systems. After all, in the Abrahamic chronology, Christianity is only the second of three revelatory worldviews, having been supplanted by Islam according to Muslim doctrine. Then there are religions such as Sikhism which espouse belief in a monotheistic deity yet claim that no one particular religion is the definitive path to said deity. Food for thought.

I believe so. They all captured the same ideas around powerful beings who came here and could heal the sick, revive the dead, multiply resources, etc. Most of the core moral rules are also consistent across religious doctrines. Don't murder, don't steal, etc. We also know that religions have become more progressive with time.

I believe a compelling apologetic can be constructed along these lines.

Humanist philosophers have championed morality and decency for millennia, more often than not in direct contrast with religions which were dogmatically laying down the hammer and violently persecuting and executing anyone who did not adhere to the platform. Just because religions have adapted to the times and adopted more lenient policies and tolerance--essentially playing catch-up with the zeitgeist of the times--that does not mean we should applaud and defend such belief systems when we know precisely how they behave when they hold the singular and supreme authority. Don't look at history through rose-tinted glasses because it's going to paint the wrong picture.

It is disheartening that it is taking this long for widespread acceptance. Granted, there are always going to be bigots, but still. It's just sad to me that people judge others based on things that have nothing to do with them! If someone is a rapist or a murderer, sure, judge away, but over sexuality or race or anything else? Something along those lines. The video proves it through calculus. As it turns out, the volume is exactly equal to pi!

It's pretty neat, and the following video by Numberphile explains it much better than I could. But here's the gist: if you have an infinitely long horn (in this case, it's created by rotating a portion of y = 1/x around the x-axis), you can mathematically prove that you could fill the horn with paint -- i.e., the volume is finite -- but you could never paint the outside of the horn -- i.e., the surface area is infinite.

As I recall it was quite sexist and maybe homophobic by today's standards.

Actually one of the episodes involved a gay man befriending Al, and Al wanted to be best buds with the guy because he cooked, worked and liked sports. It portrayed the gay man as a totally normal person and Al was the wacky dingus infatuated with him. Ahead of its time, in that sense.
