I'm a frontline worker in Healthcare and I still haven't received my shot yet and I'm pretty cheesed off about that. But I also recall conversations with multiple nurses, one of whom was pregnant and declined the vaccine at the time and explained the risk and complications of it to me. Again, at the end of the day it doesn't matter what I say. Again, it's obviously your choice. But I respect the concern of your family members, after all, you may be a grown woman, but you're still your mothers child. Your decisions are your own and not all parental advice is wisdom. Eye coordination. While skating and moving 20 MPH. Players are actually allowed to play. Basketball feels like a chore to watch by comparison, penalties and stoppages every 4 seconds. Low scoring, means every point actually matters. Speaking of Basketball. When the scores are in 3 digits....who actually gives a fuck. They drain a 3, big whoop, that happens 120 times a game. A goal happens in hockey and its electric every time. But unlike a game like soccer which is a fucking chore. It still maintains its intrigue the entire time. Fights. Other games have them, but theyre extremely rare and while exciting, are highly frowned upon. Fights are built into the DNA of Hockey. Its already a very physical and aggressive game but then the fights take it to a new level. Immediate justice on the ice. Teams literally have bruisers who get paid to beat the wheels off people.
