Also, to answer the question, I think their characters were just the type to be all talk and no show. They were too unequipped mentally to actually do anything.

Everyone at the age talks about and imagines having sex with the hottest girls ever. But for a lot, if it was to become available, you'd instantly turn into a nervous wreck thinking about how many ways you could fuck everything up and embarrass yourself.

I turned down a decent amount of sex at that age because of this >_>

Mortal Shell was ok. It just falls short in pretty much every way when compared to what it's trying to imitate. But no one has captured exactly what From Software does with Souls. Which is why the first non FS games on this list isn't until the 3rd rank and no one is gonna blink twice

I agree with a lot of it. Sekiro is probably my favorite. It's kind of hard to measure because the ones I like the most I played the least. I like the direction they went but I got less and less into being a completionist more into just blindly playing games once and being good for a few years.

Then work around it and stop making being right a higher priority than being happy. It's easier once you realize how much stuff each person has wrong on a regular basis. I use that to make myself question why people are so certain that the depressing reality is the canon reality. Depression is the easiest thing to project. When you're depressed you often look at other people's situations as dire too because you project your own sadness onto their life. That's not reality, that's just putting a depression filter on everything.

I got that perspective from having that type of depression and then flipping it into a more chill type depression, I'll call it. Now that I'm not a big downer on myself all the time, I project that onto other people and their problems got the reverse kind of filter now. I feel like everything will be fine and if it isn't there's no point in stressing about it before it happens. Because logically there will always be a hypothetical to stress about if you search for it. You just gotta learn to stop searching. Just let life be life, to put it as simple as possible.

Now my effort is going into me not minimizing other people's problems just because they don't personally stress me out anymore. Which is a lot easier to do and a way nicer change of pace for me. Others around me are happy around me, so I think I'm managing. I remember when all I'd do is question if my presence in people's life was even worth anything. Now I feel like I'm irreplaceable to a lot of people. If that's actually true or not, it makes no difference.

Have you flown in VR yet? As soon as I get in a ship I start flying all crazy and end up upside down. It's hilariously frustrating. It didn't hold my attention enough for me to get over that learning curve

Paranormal Activity freaks me out because thehouse setting. Im good with everything else tho.

Looking over ledges is one the best things. But the very best thing is finally being able to use cover how you could IRL. I love how you can just reach your hand up and shoot in a direction you're not even looking and hit people. shooting blind over ledges down at enemies too. So satisfying

Real talk. My cousins married with 2 kids under 3, and the fact I can still come over and play games with him in the basement for 6-7 hours straight is pretty amazing. It's usually when the kids are going to sleep, but a lot of of SOs see any time away from the kids as alone time for the 2 of you and don't like sharing it. Which I don't see as unreasonable with kids those ages. Sometimes I come through twice in one week

Why would you wanna be known as either Conservative or Democrat? Conservatives are way worse but they're both manipulative by rule. Calling myself either one makes me feel like I might make myself look like a sucker. Democrats just happen to push way more stuff in the right direction.
