Allow trans women to play sports unrestricted at the school level and allow the sports institutions at the professional level implement science and data based restrictions as they see need.
So you just pissed off a giant chunk of women, great solution CyricZ!

Which, happy day, is a place we're already at.
We're at an inflection point, where the status quo is being challenged in court.

And in an ideal world trans people will be allowed to begin the process of transition at a point where if they do decide to participate in sports that any perceived physical advantages become a statistical irrelevancy on the level of a longer reach or a wider build.
In an ideal world, trans people would be able to hire a company to grow a body in a large test tube of the gender they want and use technology to do a mind transfer into their new ideal body and abandon their existing body. Negating the need to transition via current methods. Current methods would be considered obsolete, archaic, and primitive. Then there would be no biological differences. But we're too early in technology, so we only have the primitive technology that we have.

Something else that Republicans in particular are looking to curtail.
Then we come up with a solution that can work for the largest amount of people while pissing off the least amount of people while satisfying as many requirements as possible.

As you said about your "solution", we're never going to make everyone 100% happy (especially not the bigots). We can maintain womens' sports with trans women involved as we've been doing for the past few decades (with no one apparently noticing until 2019) and not decide that suddenly now it's a problem because the trans women had the audacity to actually win at their sports.
But what you're doing is pissing off a large group of female atheletes and making ALOT of enemies for your cause.

Is that really what you want to do?

C) because it was never an actual problem apart from what to do with all the scared-out-of-their-wits-of-an-"other" bigots we seem to have no shortage of in this country.
Then, let's solve the problem, once and for all. Then we can move on.

And I'd rather not capitulate to bigotry, thank you.
It's not capitulating, it's redefining the new normal.

Get everybody used to using the bathroom and changing room next to people of all genders.

How is that a bad thing?

But it's clear from your posts that there's a lot of misogyny within your views here.
Hardly, women are allowed to have their Sports Leagues by law thanks to Title 9.

So now we need a solution that works with Title 9.

By definition, Women's Sports Leagues bars Men from participating in them due to Biological Gender.

So what's your solution when Trans(Women/Men) wants to participate?

I have a solution, Men's Sports League is open to them.

What's your solution?

I care when people are discriminated from doing what they love and from being who they are.

If caring about discrimination is, to you, nothing more than "politics", then I conclude that we are opposed on a value level.
Are we? I think we're more similar than we are dis-similar.

I'm more than happy to solve the Bathroom Bill options by getting rid of Gendered Bathrooms in general, same with Gendered Changing stalls.

That solves all the Bathroom bills that you seem to have brought up about Trans-People being Discriminated against from using Bathrooms that they want.

Same with Changing Rooms, get rid of Gendered Changing Rooms, make everything Uni-Sex and have Private Rooms/Stalls, then the problem is solved.

We can unify the Gendered Sports Leagues in general, get rid of the Gender Boundary, then everybody can participate in "Sports in General", and let the best of the best represent each school / institution.

But I think Women will complain about not having enough opportunities, ergo they'll want their own Gendered Sports Leagues.

At that point, they want no competition from Men, or anybody else that isn't a Cis-Gendered Women.

So what's your solution?

I offer a solution, where Trans-(Men/Women) can participate in Men's sports with open arms.

What's your practical solution without pissing off Female athletes around the US or the World?

I care about sports in general.

Women want to seperate themselves and have their little women's sports leagues.

Go for it; they want to exclude us men, so be it.

If they want to exclude everybody else that isn't Cis-Gendered, that's on them.

We have more than enough Love and Room for Trans(Women/Men) to come over to our side.

You're saying no one should want to be in women's sports?
If you're a women who wants to only compete in Women's sports, that's fine.

But if you're a true athlete, you wouldn't even want Gender Divisions to exist.

You would just compete against the best of the best, bar none.

The gender divisions would be removed from the equation.

Look at modern Gendered Bathrooms, do we need them at all? Nope, I think we can eradicate it from existence.

We can split Public Restrooms into Pee/Poo restrooms with individual private stalls, much more effectively use our existing resources.

Why even bother with Gendered restrooms at all?

Same with changing Stalls/Rooms. Why bother with Gendered versions, just have individual private Changing Stalls.

If you're a true "Athlete", you want to compete against the "Best of the Best".
That means you go to the division that has the highest level of accomplishments, the best records, the best times, the highest weights lifted, etc.

Guess where that is? Men's Athletics.

Trans-Women can still be "Women".

But this is a Sports First issue, your gender is secondary in sports and only used as a class identifier.

It's no different from Weight Class as a segregator on top of Gender Classifications to group people together.

Sports is a test of Biology & Hard Work within similar Biological Characteristics.

Women's Sports specifically, by regulation doesn't allow Men to participate in it.

But Men's Sports is open to all for anybody to come in and participate.

Trans-(Women & Men) are already welcomed to Men's sports by default.

Work Hard, Succeed on your own merit and athletic ability, come over to the Men's side to participate.

Problem solved.

Yes, by simplest definition.

And it's a societally accepted discrimination because of the aforementioned historical discrimination.

This country has a lot of historical discrimination to account for.
So if Women don't want Men to participate in their league for "Fair-ness" reasons, and Men's league is welcome to all.

Why can't you be happy with that? Have everybody participate in Men's league.

If Women don't want Trans-(Men/Women) in their league or men as well, then fine.

Come over to the Men's league, we'll welcome you with open arms.

If women were to let in Trans-(Men/Women), by that defintion; they would also have to let in Men as well, effectively ruining Women's league for regular women.

There's a place for everybody to Compete in all the athletic events you can think of, that's in the Men's leagues.

Shouldn't you be happy that everybody can compete in the best league possible?

Considering there are only 3x major players in the Console Market (Sony, Nintendo, & MS).

And Nintendo isn't directly competing against Sony & MS, I think losing one of two would incur a major Anti-Trust investigation in the US & Japan.

Regardless of why it happened, Women are allowed to participate in Men's events if they want to. The same logic should apply to Trans-(Men/Women), and anybody with Cyborg/Prosthetic enhancements.

There's already a place for all Trans-(Men/Women) to participate, it's in Men's leagues.

And, answer my question, do you consider it discriminatory for men to not be able to participate in Women's leagues while Women can participate in Men's leagues?

You pee in the Urinal or Poo & Pee in the Toilet, then use the Wash Basin to wash your hands after you wipe.

The same water that the last person washed their hands with can be stored to flush the Toilet / Urinal.

That's more water efficient, by re-using Grey Water to flush instead of new Tap Water.

What are you, some Western Barbarian?

Are you so behind the times in Toilet Technology that Japan has to school you on the advances in Toilet tech?

It's why they backed the bathroom laws. Because if trans people got killed that's okay. But if a transphobic cis person felt disgusted that a trans person might possibly have used the same bathroom as them, that's just too much to allow.

Why don't we just get rid of "Gendered Bathrooms" in general.

Seperate Bathrooms into Pee/Poo Bathrooms with Dedicated Lockable Privacy Stalls and Universal Urinals and Toilets for everybody?

Here are existing "Gender Neutral Urinals":

You can include small wash Basin's on top of Toilets / Urinals for extra privacy:

This would eliminate the line for the Female Bathrooms by making efficient use of all Toilets / Urinals for everybody.

Why even bother with Gendered Sports at this point?

Just unify all Sports under One Heading.

Sports, no Male/Female/Trans/etc.

Just everybody gets to participate in the same sport.

Wouldn't that solve most issues?

I started going through my collection, and even found a dark charizard I didn't know I had. And on top of it, I found out this Lugia card I have from Neo Genesis may be worth 1000-2000 dollars by itself. I'm likely sitting on over 20,000 dollars in Pokemon cards right now with everything I got.

Once the PSA thing re-opens, I've got so much to send in. I'm pretty amped.

The thing for me is though, I think the grading would be for my own satisfaction with it. I don't think I'd have the heart to sell any of them, but it's just crazy all these vintage cards have such value now.
If you want the money, you gotta sell.
