Pay your workers a decent wage then this doesn't even have to be a debate. I've waited tables before as my first job in a restaurant, it's not hard. Yep I got a few tips but i don't see how or why my basic ass skillset warrants more pay than the actual cook.

Don't be dense. It was outside of normal operating hours and wasn't controlled. I've read a few articles on this. People felt the blast as far away as northern Massachusetts. It cracked at least one foundation. People thought it was an earthquake.
