Yup. Some years ago I listened to a BBC news documentary with one of their senior reporters, the Japanese correspondent. I believe she's Japanese/Korean and even she faced discrimination. They mocked her for eye shape and stuff whilst us outsiders probably can't tell stuff like that. So imagine having different skin tone. I think very slowly they are opening up to more foreigners. They don't really have a choice because they have a population crisis and desperately need immigration. Might be too little too late.

I think I watched that same doc, or a similar one on Youtube, and there are a bunch of them describing on Race/Ethnicity issues over there...even among other 'Asians' (Chinese, Koreans, etc). So even if some of us 'Westerners' can't tell the difference, they can among themselves.

Which is funny b/c on the other end of the Spectrum you come across alot of Japanese who absolutely love 'Western/Black' culture, such as Cars, Hip-Hop Music, etc. So I guess it's more of an 'Cultural Invasion' type thing when you actually go over there to visit/live/etc

Well, hopefully if he file a lawsuit he won't have to worry about walking home in the snow again...But yea, it happened to me recently here on Miami Beach...some rando Cop/Park Patrol guy just rolled up on me and guy talking a started asking for IDs and whatnot...I asked why, and he wait, and gave back the IDs w/o giving a valid reason...
I could've started a *****fit about it, but I was just enjoying the day and let it go for now...

Technically, he (along with others) wasn't intentionally trying to look up her dress, but everytime she took a swing, well...kinda like when tennis chicks serve, you really can't help but notice...
But it was kinda creep of him to even bring it up...
