Japan is also an island which makes it very difficult to invade, so it had that going for it as well over other places that were invaded.

I'm not saying Japan was helpless, but not even factoring in things like geography is a bit disingenuous.

Couldn't it be both? I imagine at the time even if European armies were superior it would have been logistically a nightmare to send and supply forces to colonize them unless the superiority was massive.

I loved all three mass effect games and replayed them recently, will also be getting the legendary edition, but you're crazy if you think ME1 has the best, or even good gameplay.

ME1 is good in spite of the gameplay, not because of it lol

Personally I loved the game. Not as good as TLOU 1 but still an amazing experience.

The only way Batman realistically has a chance is if Batman is the one to go rogue and Superman is still good, and attempts to take him non-lethally.

The only thing Batman has is krytopnite which is pretty useless when Superman doesn't have to be near him to kill him.

Keep in mind that you shouldn't be stingy about using your chainsaw to restore ammo, as it will always regenerate back to one bar. The main benefit from grabbing gas cans is being able to use the chainsaw in quick succession on weak enemies and using all three bars on a strong enemy.

I loved TLOU2 but it wasn't even as good as the first game...

I feel like they can't...so many books I've read the synopsis and thought "This sounds pretty awful" but the book itself is great.

Not even that the plot sounds awful, but that reading the blurb gives me visions of clickbait articles that just pick random keywords to get you interested in picking it. I guess that is the purpose on a blurb but they always feel so soulless...

Honestly, I would just play the ones that you think have the most interesting setting/gameplay.
