Like its just looooong stretches of enemy waves in the same repeating buildings, hallways, giant open areas, without any clear objective besides get to the end. It was the SAME buildings and SAME setpieces OVER and OVER, and they were all freakin identical so you better be paying close attention or else youre going in circles. And there were sections that were just stretched out and long for no reason. We had a rough period of more hours = better game and im glad thats starting to fade. --- |

I had never owned an Xbox before I got the Series X so id never played a Gears Of War game, but id seen that Gears 5 is considered one of the best looking and best overall games on the Series X, so I didnt really feel like I needed to buy and play through all of the first 4 games just to earn the right to play Gears 5 and appreciate the next gen capabilities of my new console. --- |
