It did poorly during it's initial theatrical release, but then a number of places made it a midnight showing and it grew in popularity.

As it got bigger people would cosplay as their favorite character. Viewers could get up on stage and act out a scene while it was playing on screen. You'd shout out certain words when something specific happened in the film, and some theaters put together packages of items you'd use during certain scenes. On top of all that is the music, especially Time Warp. I've never attended a show but I hear they're fun. On the dvd extras is audio of a group viewing, and it's a riot.

I found it odd how the movie promotes smoking, especially for an elder within a poor family. Of course the film is from 1971 and the Surgeon General's warning was another 13 years away.

I've also heard Roald Dahl hated the film.

Yes here in Canada they're called Rockets as Nestle produces an M&M like candy called Smarties. In the UK they're called Fizzers.

Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: Dinosaur Great Battle! Farewell, Eternal Friends

In it the Zyurangers, Abarangers and Kyoryugers take on a resurrected and upgraded version of Grifforzer (Goldar) and an upgraded clone of Geildon (Zeltrax).

This lone episode will be a condensed adaptation with the MMPR, Dino Thunder and Dino Charge teams doing much the same. I just checked the movie and the other Zyu and Aba Rangers arrive in a similar fashion already morphed. So it makes sense for Austin St. John to be the only original to appear unmorphed.

As for Austin's weight... if you look at his YT videos his face isn't as pudgy so I'm not sure what happened there.

They took Gridman and made it into Ultraman + Saved By the Bell. I loved the show when it first aired. The characters haven't aged well. I still enjoy it to a point, but the acting is bad with the exception of Tim Curry.

Yeah X3 is the hardest of the SNES titles. You'll get used to some of the bosses over time.

Buffalo has an exploit you can use. As he's turning to face you just jump and dash up, and he'll turn to ram the wall since you were out of his frame of view. Take the brief moment you have to damage him and repeat as he turns back your way.
