Because there's already been incidents across the country where the solution is to call the cops and somehow it doesn't instantly make the person calm down. Like, I'm not really seeing any downside to people being more knowledgeable about how to calm down a situation. It doesn't have to replace calling the cops, it would just be helpful and ultimately less dangerous for the employees if they knew how to deal with raging Karens. --- |

If the preferred method is to just call the cops after someone has already become violent then I'm not sure how that is better. In Franklin's house, there are ashtrays all over the place that are just full to the brim with cigarette butts. Different locations throughout the house, all full of what is clearly cigarettes (they have the orange filters). But at no point in the game do you EVER see F smoke a cigarette. He smokes joints (no filter) but never cigarettes. No point really, just something I noticed --- |
