The first step is to not have these kinds of foods in sight. Cut back on buying junk food and having it at the house. Cooking your home meals or making a sandwich helps. Sugary food, especially sodas pack on the weight fast. You'll be amazed how much you will lose cutting back on them. What helped me lose weight fast also was to track my calories on sites like myfitnesspal. You can get an estimate of how much you eat to maintain your weight and how much you can subtract from eating (usually -500 calories than you normally eat to lose 1lb a week. They do not care about human rights as much (besides abortion) or protecting the environment. Business and profits over science. We never had a problem before Trump, as all the 21st century presidents acted professionally and they were handled by their teams in regards to social media. But Trump ruined it for everyone and also condoned people to be assholes on social media as well. I don't know how anyone thought it was a good idea to allow him to personally spew his garbage and bully others on it (especially twitter), while spreading widespread conspiracy and implicit harm to others. worst part is that it's ridiculous that he was never punished for it until just recently. the constitution needs to be rewritten.. seriously. this could then possibly trickle down to congress as well with house reps and senate. --- Less is more.
