Back in the day, my friends and I were rather obviously getting messed up at his house. '
Somehow or another my friend really pissed off his dad, and he was trying to into the room to open some can of whoop-ass.

Any he was unable to open the door, as it turns out the was a Niod doll jamming it shut.
I think he gave up at some point. But it was so funny that it was The Niod that thwarted his attempts.

So, that's my Noid story.

Now that I've gotten out of bed it's even worse. I fucked up my elbow and can't even extent my arm.

That happened to me a few years ago.
I kinda took a cat nap and woke up and my arm basically didn't work.

I actually was worried for a bit that I was having a stroke as that is a possibility in my family.
So I did all the basic things, and it didn't appear that I was....

I went on about my life for the next 12 hours or so.
I did my laundry and could barely put a quarter in the machine, as well as take a candy out of my pocket when getting a hair cut. ((Also, now that I remember, I couldn't shave without using two hands.))

Later that night, the second night, I was texting with a friend at my desk, and looked up and noticed.
....The night before I had to swing my arm up to put a plant under lights on a dresser and in that action I must have pulled something in my elbow.

The whole thing sucked, but it felt good once I realized what had actually happened.

Looks great. I don't think I could eat it due to the Shrimp. Which that out with Chicken and would kill that.

Also, if you can find it, Vermentino di Sardegna Aragosta is supposed to great with Seafood, for drinking or cooking. I've had the wine, but again I can't speak to the paring, not first hand anyway.

Anyway, it was at an intersection very near The Saratoga Battle Field.
I and my friend walked to the nearest farmhouse. All I could get out of the battery was the hazards.
It turns out it was a Dairy Farm. Not surprising that the whole era, thank god, is still mostly farms.

Long story short, I knocked on the milk room door to try to get someone's attention.

They did help me, which was great.

But one thing will stick with me.

They basically were laughing to themselves, "Don't knock on the Milk Room Door."

Everything ended well, but T'was an experiance.

Still rocking a 2002 Ford ZX2. It's on it's fifth alternator, third belt tensioner, second power steering, and only God knows how many serpentine belts. Also the MAF recently failed and needed replaced.

The desktop I had before that Dell farted on on 512MB ram deep into the 2010s, on Windows 98 and XP, then I turned it into a printserver. Then hardware failure.

I gave my 2005-ish Dell Latitude to my bother's wife, ten or twelve years later, still ran but with an occasional overheat/panic-fan problem. I gave my 2007 $1400 Macbook Pro to my other brother's kids, it's still running fine today.

My "couch-lappy" is some clearance Bestbuy Lenovo turd I picked up for $170. It's good enough for shitposting.
