That said, these problems are much better than they used to be. Clients like Steam handle most of the shitty tasks you used to have to do.

And while that's been getting slowly better, consoles have been getting slowly worse. Why do I need to be online AND install 20gigs of updates before I can pay the game i literally installed and have a disk for?

Steam causes fuckery with getting my racing wheel to work with project cars 2 but for the most part issues like this are for older games. No one has ever described the ff7 report as good port so this is far more square but I'm annoyed so being salty.

I want to play ff7 again more than I want to play p4g again but if I don't figure out what the issue is I'll "settle" for p4g.

Compared to many yes, to others no.

When my student loans are paid off I'll be able to do most everything I want. Right now (even if covid wasn't a thing) I don't get to travel like I want. But I can afford my own place, plus my loans, and generally do 2 vacations a year. One that is visiting family for xmas and one that is for myself.
