apolloooo 09/27/20 8:24:22 AM #1	Always soft reset itself back to status quo. Retsuko in the beginning of season 3 is the same as she is in s1, pretty much just a doormat. Any steps she's taken to get out of her current life always get reset by death metal singing in the end and "plot" reason. There is such a good place to shake status quo a bit by retsy at least keeping her idol gig as side hustle. The job shows how much she can accomplish if she sets out to do it out of her own heart (even though she is still forced into that position, but she found actual passion in there). It seems her relationship with Haida is more clear and defined, and while they aren't getting together, they seem to restart their relationship from more sincere perspective that now can grow into actual chemistry instead of haida being sore loser and a creep.
