I played GTA V on the 360, a game that launched a few months before the Xbox One and the PS4. GTA V had one problem for me: long load times. Aside from that, I had very few technical problems. This game was originally going to be released 7 months before the launch of new consoles. What would that have even looked like? The cynic in me starts to think it was delayed until the Series X and PS5 were available, so at least some console gamers could enjoy the game (because who actually own a One X or a PS4 Pro unless they're streamers or YouTubers?) --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

Technically, this game should've come out in March and not have been cross-gen either. I do not have a gaming PC and only a base XBO model, so I hope it isn't awful. It really does feel like they aren't making the series for long time fans and are just doing it to dig their hooks into a new, young audience each time. Because that's actually what the games are for. Gen II is pretty much the only Gen made where people who played Gen I were kept in mind as target audience. Everything after that is purely made for people who've never played Pokemon before. Also, on a basic level I like HMs. It makes it worthwhile to explore and do backtracking, not necessarily to progress but just to find cool new stuff. I think Gen III and especially Gen IV went way overboard with it though (wtf were they thinking with Defog). One of the things I dislike is how shallow the battle system is in the main story mode, but then you get your ass handed to you once do post-game because then the game levels itself up a bit, but which is still nothing compared to actual competitive teams. And it's especially puzzling in the sense that I don't think any of the games ever really teach you about EVs and egg moves and all that other stuff, and without the internet you'd just be boned. On that note (difficulty), I'm also annoyed at the lack of variety in trainer Pokemon. Earlier gens suffer from this the most I feel, when you have people around gym 5 or 7 still popping up with Pidgeotto and Spearow and it's like blah. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

Just have them wait until 2021 or just make it a next-gen title and screw the One/PS4 people. I think most people can take a delay, but how many has it been at this point? You're also just setting the bar higher and higher. If there's anything wrong with that game from a technical point at launch, you'll just get hounded into oblivion. You will meet characters in Soul Society that have no character development throughout the entire show, even though they feature in most if not all arc. All the arc also follow the same pattern to an annoying fashion and the power system is stupidly underdeveloped considering its potential. I like him in a vacuum but as a part of the main six it just didn't click for me. I'm very mixed on Jeremy. When they were doing try-outs he was my clear favourite, but then it kinda waned. I like him but he can be so down on himself sometimes and it sometimes it really feels like he cannot take a joke, like at all. I do think one of his strengths is that he and Michael (and Ryan when he was a part of videos) had a great balance of being crazy/straight men and they could perfectly adapt depending on who they were in a video with, also because all of them were generally at least okay at whatever game they played. Matt I've really started enjoying recently, the OoT randomizer he and Michael do is top-tier AH content. I'm not a big fan of Alfredo, Trevor, or Lindsay. I don't dislike them, but Alfredo is a troll to the worst degree, Trevor doesn't really have a unique niche even though he's been around for so long, and Lindsay is the "wild card" which mostly means she can't be bothered to understand the rules so she just does whatever. It's great when it turns she actually did know what she was doing, but most of the time I'm just kinda wondering why they put her in the video when she has a very clearly defined role and kind of video that she works in and that she doesn't work in. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

Maybe it's just me, but CPZ screams Sonic and Genesis does what Nintendon't to me, while Green Hill Zone is a song that would fit most platformers. I do find it hard to define iconic. Should every gamer be able to recognize it?
