Mostly for day traders.

You set a % under the peak which gets adjusted higher as it keeps hitting new peaks. So a 10% trailing stop loss on a stock at $10 would trigger at $9. If the stock rises to $50 then starts crashing it triggers at $45.

Some guy has promised to sell me his 100 shares of APHA for $22 on or before January 21, 2022.

But let's say I don't want to buy them anymore. I can sell the promise to someone else for $1500. The more APHA goes up, the more I can sell the promise for. I can basically a whole year to watch it go up before making a decision to either buy the $2200 worth of shares (if I think it will continue to rise) or sell the promise outright.

Etrade has worked well for me. I thought I had read something about them stopping GME sales, but I never got any notice or had any trouble attempting to buy GME when it was going wild. I got in/out too late on that one, but... Etrade is nice, imo.

Is the market order restriction on penny stocks a big problem or is it easy to deal with? Between etrade and fidelity for me rn. Eventually Ill get all my shit off RH and be outta there for good.

Get in one some major index funds instead of looking for the next big thing.

these threads and investorshub have helped me out a lot. i use TD ameritrade and e-trade for the penny stocks. not sure what kinda rep they got but they've had everything i've looked for. they also dont take long for my funds to clear, but i hear that's not the case across the board

Do they have live tracking of prices and shit? Im just worried about using something with like a really dense and hard to read UI lol

@Thighon honestly Im not even working my way up, I got on RH for the GME meme and got burned but now I wanna get serious about it. Need to figure out a good starting point, I just dumped a grand into OCGN and its doing well but I definitely missed the big break with that.

Yeah ngl I wish I had the capital to instantly start throwing 10k on penny shit like these guys. But I'm working my way up to it. When I first started I only put 150 in. It turned into over a thousand and I got more confident over time after that. Took almost 6 months but still, relatively quick. One day I hope to clear the 100k milestone. I would cry
