Like at what age are violent games okay? I'm talking about like GTA, Mortal Kombat, maybe shooters like CoD?

At what age are rated R movies okay? The ones with nudity, violence, language, etc.

And regarding porn, theres ways to filter what your kids browse on the internet, but at what age do you plan to lift those filters? This is a tough one. It's not one of those things you want to talk about with your kids, but at a certain age at some point in HS you would just be over sheltering them if you do this I feel.

Im creative when it comes to the ideas, I can develop them in detail. I'm just not a good writer at all.

How long did it take you? how did you develop your ideas? how did you get published?

I've always had this idea of writing fiction stories for kids based on physiology and medical concepts. So the characters are cells in the body like red blood cells, white blood cells, etc. Your blood vessels are streets. They fight off infections and diseases which are the bad guys. It'll be alot like osmosis jones and it'll be very accurate when it comes to the concepts. This way they'll have a good grasp on some of these difficult concepts and it'll make bio science that much easier to study. I have a few ideas for stories, I've just never sat down to sketch out the characters and write out the stories. I draw too so I'll make my own sketches.

I cuss alot but around kids I filter it all out and I'm pretty good at that.

Both my sister in laws and their husbands cuss like normal infront of their kids.

One sisters kids are 16, 14, and 10, but they don't say "fuck" everything else goes though - shit, ass, etc
The others are 8 and 4. They say everything including "fuck" and they say it alot.

I feel like it just sets a bad example. Not necessarily because it teaches them these words, they most likely will hear all these words in elementary school anyways and everyone swears in middleschool and highschool. But I feel like it teaches them to lose their cool and not stay calm. When you hear these words its because something is irritated or raging. I don't want to set that example. I wanna set an example where I'm always calm and don't lose my cool in any situation.

I tend to be more conservative when it comes to this kind of stuff.

Sister in law and brother in law are coming to visit for like 5 days. They gave us a shopping list of groceries for them and their kids. Its mainly kids stuff which is totally cool. Kids are picky, we want to have all the right foods and snacks ready. But they also requested their own specific creamers. Like, can't you drink it any other way for like 5 days? Just got it. Played the intro demo match but haven't played a full game yet.

About to start a FUT team though, I need help brainstorming my team identity....like by nationality, by league, certain player characteristic? I rather not just do best player available, its just not as fun. Last year I did an all italian league team and it was alot of fun.

I also played with Napoli just online seasons, but they are not as good this year so I need a new team. A team that isn't overly stacked like Liverpool, Bayern, PSG, but still has talented players. I'm thinking maybe Everton, Tottenham, or Chelsea?

I appreciate the advice bro. I'm not committed to this by any means. My intensity is solid, I'm a go-hard or go-home type of mentality. But my volume doesn't feel that high.

How would you modify the routine? I'm limited to pure free-weights because this is all in my garage gym.

I just figured I'm benching twice a week, 12 sets per week (6 flat bench, 6 incline bench), and so I figured 1 day of OHP might be enough? The flys I often skip tbh.

My arm day is also very fluid, I will do skullcrushers and barbell curls but beyond that its whatever I'm feeling. I also may throw those into the dedicated chest/back days too. I dont do close grip cuz I feel a painful twinge in my rotator cuff. But the other workouts are okay.

Its not necessarily a bad law but it really doesn't do anything. He deregulated a whole bunch of environmental protection policies. All this act did was fund ways to help clean up the ocean. It doesn't do anything to address the actual problem of creating the ocean waste in the first place. Its essentially just a PR move.

Also consider, the plastics and waste producing industries support this act while environmentalist groups don't support it.
