Another music video by the Idol group Zoc. Really like them. Sucks that's Katy Kashii graduated last month though. She had an aura that emanated coolness.

Did two sections of my homework, some of it was filling out particles because my sensei saw that some of the class was having trouble with placing the correct particles in the right places.

All in all I think I used it for 2-3 hours per day for a year and some change. The first three levels are free. Then you pay $8 monthly. Well well worth it. It essentially guarantees that Kanji will not hold you back from the rest of your japanese learning.

Also, I edited my prior post, but it does not teach you stroke order. You will learn how to recognize them and all of their associated readings. Not how to write them.

Thanks a lot, already checking it out!

For this exercise, it's meant to be two loops. Not one, not 3, just two. Other than that it looks pretty good. I only skimmed them but here are some considerations.

A lot of your drawings aren't confident. You're likely drawing too slowly and coming out with wobbly lines. The circles page was the opposite, drawing too quickly and producing inconsistent loops. That said I'm seeing some pretty solid improvement, everything beyond this point is practice. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I'll try my best to improve more from here.

So, I've been learning for years at this point, but I managed to learn 2000 kanji in a year and a half. If you're interested, start wanikani. It starts slow, but very quickly snow balls. You will learn 2000 kanji (both the meaning and the reading) and 6000 words using them in about a year and a half.

Way better than remembering the kanji and if its something you can remember to do on your phone every few hours while you are awake (it takes committment) you will learn kanji. I can comfortably read just about anything now (except college level academic papers) and I attribute a lot of that to doing wanikani in the beginning.

Geez in that short amount of time? Hard to believe I can keep up with that but I'll try. Thanks!

My Kanji is actually really limited too. I know maybe around 50 by heart and rest I remember only by seeing them, if that.

Bump. I have a lot of things to share but I fear some of them wont be appropriate for this board even if it doesn't involve nudity.

I'll stick with the standard stuff since I have a lot more of that.

I need to pick back up on studying Japanese as well. Self studying has been kind of hard for me and I feel like I need some structure that a taught course would provide. Good luck to you TC it seems like you have the drive which I really need to develop.

Thanks man. Maybe start up a topic or blog like this and make it a target for you to update it everyday with what you learnt? If its 20 mins or an hour, at least you did something everyday.

Translations (These are getting pretty simple for my level):

Im tired, shall we rest for a bit?
Yes lets do that.

What are you going to do at New Year?
I'm thinking of going to a hot spring with my family.

Have you finished your report already?
No, I haven't written it yet.
I'm planning to finish it by Friday.

Will you carry on studying Japanese even after you've gone back to your home country?
Yes, I intend to continue.

Aren't you going back to your home country for the summer holidays?
No, I'll be taking my graduate school entrance exam, so I'm not planning to go home this year.
