Was glad I got to follow this. As long as Infinity War and Ragnarok were top 5 I'm happy. Ragnarok is so fucking good
Phase 3 had a lot of good ones. Phase 1 seems like the weakest now even though it didn't seem so in the beginning. The movies in phase 1 are still good, but they've certainly gotten better over time

The final film is in the books. Spider-Man: Far from Home is a step up from the first movie. I liked how they moved Spidey into a leadership role. Jake Gyllenhaal is great as Mysterio. I also liked the effects like when Spider-,Man takes on Mysterious the first time.

1. The Avengers: Infinity War

It was a tough debate between Avengers Infinity War and Endgame, but in the end I had to place it at number 2. I think Infinity War had the most rounded story. That's not to sell Endgame short. It was about as perfect as you can get to a conclusion. The story was a nice trip down memory lane and it was nice to look back on some of the past films, but seeing them from a different perspective. Endgame was really depressing for much of the film, but the cast got a nice happy sendoff. Of course, the ending battle was the best part of the entire film. It's probably the best battle sequence out of any Marvel film. It was crazy to see all characters on screen at once. That battle alone was the reason I almost put it above Infinity War. I'd have to say both Infinity War and Endgame are about equal. You can't have one without the other. They complement each other. Great film.

The Ant-Man films are entertaining and fun, but not really solid movies to put them higher on the list. That's okay though. Not all Marvel movies need to be the same. Not all of them need drama and whatever else mixed in. The Ant-Man movies are a nice escape and Ant-Man and the Wasp was a fun ride.

I thought the game would end with Ellie back at the house living the rest of her days with Dina. I'm like how freaking predictable and then it went further. Ellie went back to finish the job. It reminded of the ending to Breaking Bad where Jesse hates Walt so much and there's this group in their way. It was solid. Not sure if it's as good as the first but the game play was way more fun especially when I was able to let infected attack the other enemies.

Captain Marvel was okay. The movie is set in the 90s, but after the beginning with the whole Blockbuster incident, it feels like the whole 90s vibe was dropped other than adding a few music pieces from TLC and No Doubt. It's not the worst Marvel movie, but it isn't the best. The villain was underwhelming. However, it was nice seeing agent Coulson again.

There's a new number one in town. After holding on to the top spot for so long, The Avengers has been toppled by The Avengers: Infinity War. It's the best Marvel movie hands down. Each cast member was given the right amount of time to share the spotlight. The movie was a rollercoaster ride. Thanos felt threatening as the main villain and so did his goons. The ending was a shocker. Great film.

I feel like if they moved events around it would have been better for story and pacing.

Imagine you start off in abby's flashback, leading up to the hospital deaths which is followed by Joel's version of the events to really drive it home.

If they started off with making the player try to sympathize and get to know abby it would have been better imo.
Yeah, I feel the same way too. They make you hate Abby and then try to get you to feel sorry for her and then they switch you to Abby right when she has a gun pointed at Ellie. It felt like a slap in the face. Alright, play as Abby for a few hours and then you'll find out what happens to Ellie.

I rushed through the Abby levels just because I was more worried about Ellie than Abby which then left me not able to stop and smell the roses with Abby.

I was able to get one more movie in tonight.

I loved Thor: Ragnarok. It's the best Thor film to date. I liked how they changed the atmosphere around to give the movie a more cyberpunk feel. The Lord of the Rings atmosphere was becoming tiresome. I feel like the change up helped to rejuvenate Thor. The inclusion of Hulk was also a good move. Those two characters have chemistry. I also liked the new characters that were introduced in the movie. It seems like a top 5 movie so far.
