LOL. I feel ya. Lionhead had to be shutdown. Peter Molyneux was shit at coming through on time. I can only imagine 4 was such trash because Lionhead couldn't deliver everything on time. I hate the industrial time jump as well as the lack of heroes in the world. 4 felt too short, the consequences of the choices felt too hamfisted, don't get me started on that narrative. Blegh.

Fable 4 will be a reboot of sorts. Who knows how that will turn out. Elder Scrolls on the other hand..Each sequel since Morrowind has less features. Simplified character creation, classes, clans/guilds and narratives. An exceedingly old video game engine. Bethesda has also shown their interest in creation fast cheap content targeted towards an online only demographic. Crap.

Fable 3 was REALLY disappointing, but I have faith that they'll go back to what made the series adored by fans to begin with. Fun sword/bow/magic combat in a quirky world filled with other heroes. Todd Howard can go fuck himself. Bring me 'New Albion'!

great game, though some people may find it unwieldy. personally it was my GOTY for 2018. i did an entire second playthrough immediately after my first playthrough. i can count on one hand the games i've done with that.

It's a small Pink Polka Dot Plant. I keep it in my room. Sometimes I move it to my window sill, my desktop, or my balcony. It kinda moves around throughout the day with me. I think I let it get a little too dry once and it was so droopy one morning I thought for sure it was dead. A little water and some indirect sunlight and it's leaves were upright and colorful in literally an hours time. Anyways, I also have two tiny cacti.

I only picked this one up as I was losing my mind having only a 22 inch samsung monitor for a tv. With quarantine and all that happening, I was fed up with having a tiny 1080p computer monitor. I gave that monitor to a friend so now I have nothing. Le Sigh.

The funny thing about aging and time that not enough people seem to emphasize. Sometimes you only have brief encounters with someone. You only know them a short time. They leave, they move, they die. Yet their impact on you can linger for a decade or more. I told you before that I avoid the Bay Area because there's too many ghosts. "Ghosts?" You asked. I quickly tried to play it off as a joke. Yet the hauntings to me are very real.

There's death on the streets. The good and bad memories too entwined for me. Irvington harbors the most ghosts for me. Jimmy caught a stay bullet to the head after a fight broke out across the street. We once got pinched for blazing across the street from the school. That same school Frank lived across from. Frank had the dopest parties because his dad was addicted to heroin and his mom had abandoned them.

Cody is sometimes there too. You see, Darren's drunk ass drove Cody to get some fast food during one of Franks Keggers. Darren was swerving all over the road. He took out a fucking stop sign and shit. Cody tried to jump out of the car, but forgot he was still wearing his seatbelt. Suddenly Cody is stuck between the open car door and a tree. Darren's foot pressed firmly on the gas. The wheels spinning in the dirt as the truck tries to speed in reverse, pinning and squeezing Cody. We were all just across the street. Cody wanted to smoke a filtered lucky strike. His favorite brand.

When the police arrived a massive fight broke out between officers and us worried teens. Some said 'Los hit a cop with brass knuckles first but I didn't see that. Kev-o ran to Anna's house to tell Cody's mom what happened. Cody was coughing up blood. He died on the way to the hospital. We were friends for about two years. We'd sometimes ditch school and just play video games or skate around town. His room was covered in his own art. He had painted his walls black so he could cover them in chalk murals. He sculpted his own drawings. Cody had a kiln in his house so he could realize his own creations in no time at all. At one point I had this notebook where Cody had drawn these caricatures of all of us. I wish I still had it.

I don't think Cody drew Kevin McQ---. Kevin was a bit of a shit starter. Kevin and I got along for the most part. He was much more outgoing than most the people I knew and could talk to any girl. Kev's problem's were his family. His dad would later end up in dramatic police chase with my childhood buddy Chris, but Kev's brother Keith was the real shit head. Keith was a chip off the ol block. Just like their old man. I got into a fist fight with Keith the very first day I met him, one of the few I can say I straight up won. Kev disappeared in the 10th grade after leaving town with a older woman whom gave him nice watches and things in exchange for sex.

I wondered what happened to Kev when I came across a facebook page ran by his baby momma. Kev reemerged on the news a few years ago. Covered head to toe, face included, in gang tats.The news report had stated Kev was captured after a multistate manhunt. Keith had given Kev a gun after being released from jail, got him caught up in some beef. At a New Years Eve party pulled the gun on someone, but his baby momma jumped in the way as he pulled the trigger and he shot her instead. Kev took their kid and ran. I think Kev wanted his child raised by his grand parents back in the bay. Caught him near the border.

Darren kept drinking. Alcoholism aided by his own ghosts. A few years ago, Darren was ejected from a mutual friends car after a street racing accident. Although they everyone in the car knew Darren was missing, they later stayed quiet when the police asked questions. His body was found beside the road a day later only after his mother called the police to ask about him. Do I think Darren got what he deserved? Did any of us? I escaped as soon as I was old enough.

So many friends that died then, or since. Some were murdered. Some were murderers. I walked those streets with both killer and killed. This was probably the closest community I ever have experienced.

So you see, I don't want to go back. There's ghosts, and I am more than happy to sip my coffee and enjoy my spliffs here at home.

His Batman movies get a lot of hate, but what he gave us was completely bizarre, hokey, and ultimately fun. Joel probably felt like he got a lot out of his time here. Good for him.

Falling Down is a amazing film. If a filmmaker even gets to make one movie like that in their career, they've accomplished something.

Seems like anytime there's a controversial Trump decision trending all these bots come out of nowhere to argue in his defense. With this new SDNY situation there's bots (people with bland american names, multiple USA flags in their name, MAGA, KAGA, or something like "TEXT TRUMP TO 028494) who are all calling him a rogue agent of the state. Deep state agent. This seems to happen any time Trump does some sketchy shit.
