Although the above posts are mostly true, that English does contain a large amount of weird grammar rules and exceptions that even native speakers may not fully understand, it's good to remember that English probably has the largest amount of different words and phrases in common use. Native speakers don't often think about that, but someone learning the language probably has more than double the vocabulary and common phrases to learn compared to just about any other language before they can be considered fluent themselves.

For me, it's literally easier to manage spending by keeping all my spending on the Credit Card, then paying it off every week or so directly from my bank account.
Instead of seeing a bunch of tiny numbers stacked up in the debit card balance, I see one big fat lump of $ every now and again. If that gets higher than usual, I can then identify when how and why by checking the credit card statement.
Credit score is at a comfy 802 even right now as well, not that it means much past 750.

There are good ones and there are bad ones.
Most of the bad ones seem to live in Utah while a lot of the best ones I've ever known have lived in places like Texas, Michigan, Florida, etc.
They're great, but if you want to date one, be prepared to deal with them trying to shove the LDS religion down your throat, drag you to church, etc.

Just play rounds of Drawful 1 + 2, all the Fibbage games, and Quiplash if you want to include audiences. I forget what most of the other games were, but those ones are good for anon multiplayer as opposed to a streamer with a fanbase who'll fit in with the more specific target audience games.

We will indeed be keeping it simple. Avoiding games like Push the button and others that depend on "being there" will go a long way for this.

Greetings everyone.

I will be streaming various games from the Jackbox Party Packs for some hours today, so that we can all enjoy them together, starting now. Stream link and additional information can be found after this post. However, please kindly read the following so that we can all have fun during these trying times in quarantine:

What are Jackbox Games?
Jackbox games are fun party games. Traditionally, these are played by several players crowded around a TV. However, we will be playing these from the comfort of our homes by viewing the "TV" on a Twitch live stream.

Examples please?
The following are short summaries of some of the games we will play:

Tee K.O. - Everyone draws T-shirt designs, writes slogans, then designs a T-shirt combining the entries which were submitted. Shirts are then taken to vote to determine whose was best.

Mad Verse City - Players go head-to-head in rap battles, and votes are cast by other players and the audience to determine the winner of each battle.

Split The Room - Players are given a scenario and must fill in a blank to make it as controversial and divisive as possible. Each Scenario ends in a yes or no question. Players and spectators then vote "yes" or "no" on each one, and more points are awarded to outcomes that are closer to a perfect 50:50 split.

How do I play?
Players will need to go to jackbox.tv on the device they wish to use (I recommend using something with a touchscreen), enter a name, and the room code. Each game's room code will be made available in this thread to prevent outside users from joining (and subsequently, trolling) our games.
There is no registration required, and the games are free for you to play as I have shouldered the burden of purchasing them.
If the player limit is reached, additional people may participate in the audience, whose role and function varies from game to game.

Any rules or guidelines I should follow?
Any good party game naturally results in smack talk and banter. However, please be courteous and respect other players. In addition, please make sure that your drawings, submissions, and chats respect the Terms of Use for both GameFAQs and Twitch. Being disrespectful in the Twitch chat itself will result in a ban from participating in the chat. Should you prove unable to follow these simple guidelines, I can and will end the stream at any time for any reason. Don't be "that guy" and let's all have fun!

There's a delay in the stream!
There will naturally be some delay when playing games over stream. This is typically minimal and should not affect these games, as they are not "action" games. Ample time is offered to submit drawings and entires in each one. In addition, I am using a 200mbps down/20 up internet connecting which pings at 13ms to a data center which is a considerable distance from my home, so it's likely not an issue on my end.

You don't own (game) but I want to play it!
At the time of writing this post, I own the following Jackbox games/packs:

• Jackbox Party Pack 2 (Quiplash XL, Fibbage 2, Bidiots, Bomb Corp., Earwax)
• Jackbox Party Pack 3 (Guesspionage, Tee K.O., Fakin' It, Trivia Murder Party, Quiplash 2)
• Jackbox Party Pack 5 (You Don't Know Jack: Full Stream, Split The Room, Mad Verse City, Patently Stupid, Zeeple Dome)
• Drawful 2

Depending on how things go, I may be inclined to purchase party packs 4 and 6, which introduce some other very cool games.

This is true. As long as we avoid the games that tend to be better in physical groups, such as Push the Button (a Werewolf/The Resistance style game), it tends to work out very well.

Thinking I'll do one at some point tomorrow to see where we're at then. Naturally, these games are better with full groups, so we'll see what happens.
