Gorsuch was all around, a relatively reasonable pick as far as conservative judges go. My main issue with him at the time was how McConnell cheated and stonewalled an Obama appointment until he was out of office. That had nothing to do with Gorsuch himself though. Gorsuch had not great abortion ideas and workers rights, but for Trump, he was a decent pick.

Kavanaugh was a whole different story, absolutely terrible appointment

My mistake then. I was under the impression that Kavanaugh was ideologically the closer of the two to Roberts. I would have expected him to flip before Gorsuch.

While I understand the sentiment, I would imagine that it would be hard to draw up a list of large consumer brands that do not contribute to Trump or his GOP allies.

Vote for Biden's cabinet, if not for Biden himself. Imagine if, in addition to not having a racist and vindictive president, we also have an AG that is actually independent (and not the president's personal lawyer), a secretary of state who is not corrupt and warmongering, an education secretary that is not trying to destroy public education to enrich herself and her cronies, a HUD secretary that heck knows what the HUD even is...I could go on and on. You can even add future Supreme Court justices to this list.

Please remember that the election is not just about one office. There are other very important benefits in ousting Trump.

It stops being funny when this guy pulls out of international accords, destabilizes international bodies and starts provoking individual countries into economic and (god forbid) actual wars. Also, a second term Trump that has received validation for his actions in his first term will take his moronic policies to another level. The 2020 elections have global implications.

That said, I believe he has ****ed things up irreparably for his re-election campaign and his cult notwithstanding, Biden should have any easy win as long as he keeps his s*** together.

Yeah look these protests might have been set off by what happened to George Floyd, but I think the underlying causes are much deeper...far deeper then police brutality even. It seems to be the spilling over of frustration of poorer and marginalized communities from being **** on by those in power for several years now and more actively during this administration.
