If those kind of comments can be considered racist or misogynistic then literlly everything out of Eddie Murphy's mouth for the first ten years of his career would have to be one or the other, yet he's considered funny for his comments. And I agree he's always been very funny. Just the tone of the comments leads me to believe they were taken out of context.

I was just reading those tweets that the Elongated Man actor made that got him fired and they are JOKES. Granted, Jokes that a 12 year old trying to be a funny edgelord would tell, but they are JOKES nonetheless. The only thing he should be guilty of is bad comedy, but anyone with a sense of humor will see that they are jokes that aren't meant to be taken seriously. If they are going to go after him for those jokes, then every stand-up comedian who tells edgy jokes better delete their Twitter right now.

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if one of the writers got pissed off when he / she was told that they weren't allowed to have Elmer Fudd use a gun, so out of anger the writer came up with the idea to give Elmer a fucking scythe instead. LMAO.

But how the hell is Elmer Fudd going to be able to hunt down Bugs Bunny? He's a hunter. Hunters have guns. It's his freaking gimmick. What is he suppose to do now, buy some ACME products from WiIe E. Coyote? Speaking of which, are all ACME products that have missiles attached to them banned as well? What about Marvin the Martian and Yosemite Sam? Are they taking their guns away as well?

We can find ways to solve crimes without violent pigs guiding us. Police tried to show they are useful in modern day society and instead they bring social progress a few steps backwards. We'll find a way without them.

Are you are aware they tried this in some places during the Wild West years of the late 1800's and it went horribly, HORRIBLY wrong? There is a reason why actual police forces were set up on all local regions years later.

This is catastrophic for subs in my province as we don't have contracts. We are only paid per day subbed. I don't know if we will get any help at all.

Sadly, you most likely won't. I'm a five day a week building sub for a public school in the United States. Long story short, no way in hell is my school district going to pay out anything to any sub of any type who isn't working (even to a sub they hired to be in the building five days a week, let alone a day to day sub). Hopefully they are more kind in Canada and will provide financial assistance for you, but definitely not here in the United States.

I have two degrees so if school is cancelled for the rest of the year where I am then I'm going to just try to find a job in my other field. Granted, that can be VERY difficult now due to the Coronavirus. Some areas are being placed under lock down. For example, just five hours ago, it was announced San Francisco will have all of it's citizens confined to their houses for the next three weeks. Can't find a normal job if one is confined to one's house. Thankfully I have tons of money saved up, so at least I can survive for a good while. However, if I can get some type of financial assistance, I'm taking it since I have no clue how long this is going to last.
